UKNS
Event 1: tried going for a pb of 210kg unfortunately didn’t go and I think it might be because of the warm ups. But oh well we move on.

Event 2: was the axle ftoh press for reps which was 85kg in training, I was only able to hit 80 so wasn’t very confident about this event. However I got it for one which was amazing!

Event 3:was the husafell sandbag of 130kg for max distance. This was my best event by far! I got 55 metres in the end which grabbed some decent points, very happy with this event.

Event 4: was the farmers carry with 100,110,120,130. I only managed the 100 as the handles on these farmers had no knurling on them!

Event 5: was the sandball overbar, now I’ve been training to get the 120 ball over however on the day I didn’t have much left in the tank and after I lapped it, I knew it wasn’t going to go so I decided to get 2 reps with the 100 ball.

I placed 17th out of 20 overall and I am really pleased with it! Just wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone who was supporting me,Ali and Arthur through the comp and a thank you to phoebe,Jay,leesh and little man Renley for being there too! X taken in BOXPARK Liverpool by @le_on4112

Got to be one of my best days out at @paddy_strongman summer showdown, loved every second of it and very proud of what I achieved.

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to everyone who supported me yesterday and a huge thank you to @ali.griggs and Jay for making this possible, without them two I would not be lifting anywhere near what I am able to lift today. Thank you @samgroverpt for looking after me aswell I appreciate it a lot.

Massive congrats to @ajyeo04 for smashing this comp and coming 1st! So proud of you.

And last but not least a thank you to camera woman @phoeber.x for the amazing vids and pictures. ♥️
