THIS IS A COCKTAIL 🍸 EPISODE 1 New format dropping in hot ‼️ The idea? To blend different artistic practices 🎨 with a whole lot more: ▪️Introduce our craft to new creative worlds ▪️Design cocktails inspired by each artist and their creations ▪️Spend an epic afternoon with people we love ♥️ Today we’re linking up with the C1K crew — a graffiti collective that blessed us with an INSANE mural 😍 We hit the Petite Ceinture loaded with paint cans and all the shakers 🍸 We also focused on the flavor profile of @kaloslakso1cplk, founder of the C1K crew with oker, that’s been around for over 12 years. His vibe? Vanilla, pineapple, rum — basically anything rich and indulgent 🍍 Here’s the fire recipe we came up with 🔥 ▪️A base of Haitian aged rum, sweet & caramelized notes 🍮 ▪️A roasted coconut cold brew — super easy like in my previous posts (full recipe in there) ▪️A pineapple syrup (yes, roasted too — because yum 😏 and huge shoutout to @hadrien_moudoulaud as always for the pro tips) ▪️A dash of foam from @zelalonurcann for that smooth, fluffy texture… all the gang vibes 😂 ▪️A pinch of salt & some fresh lemon juice 🍋 ▪️A drop of vanilla extract to turn the indulgence up a notch Shaky shaky & serve it up 🍹 Garnish, of course, by @wowgarnish 🌺 A sheet of edible paper, signed with a food-safe marker by all the members who were there 🫶 Big thanks to the whole C1K team for an unforgettable afternoon — and major props for the graffiti 🔥 We’ll be back real soon for the next THIS IS A COCKTAIL session, featuring a new talented artist… IT’S A WORK IN PROGRESS!! BMX CHALLENGE DAY On a passé un superbe tournage et toujours plus de challenges 😂 ▪️pas d’eau ▪️pas de shaker ▪️un terrain penché Pas grave, on sait se débrouiller. Rico vient d’Haïti avec un souvenir d’enfance : la Frozen Papaya Smoothie. IT’S A COCKTAIL 🍸 EPISODE 2 The idea is to bring cocktails into all kinds of worlds: ▪️mix our passions ▪️create together ▪️spend an amazing time with friends ♥️ Today we’re meeting Athénaïs, who welcomed us into her home where she creates her gorgeous canvas 👩‍🎨 She paints with oil pastels. She draws women, giving each of them a name and a story. She loves acidity, spice, and fresh cocktails 🍋‍🟩🌶️🧊 So we showed up at her place with an Oxalis Spicy Margarita 🍸 Oxalis is a microgreen with a strong acidifying power. Garnish, cordial or solution it’s amazing and add vegetal notes 🌱 Purple oxalis solution 💦 ▪️350 ml water ▪️1/2 box of oxalis ▪️2g malic acid + 4g citric acid ▪️a pinch of ascorbic acid Blend everything together. Strain through a coffee filter ☕️ @mathieu_segala 😏 And for the cocktail, here’s what we got 🍸🧊 ▪️40 ml tequila base ▪️30 ml oxalis solution ▪️10 ml agave syrup ▪️5 ml yellow Chartreuse ▪️3 dashes Angostura + 1 of salt ▪️a dash of habanero tincture 🌶️ Stir, stir & serve 🍹 🌺 Himalayan salt rim drawings In the video, it’s the birth of “Marisa, she goes out late at night. Ohhh wow, mercredi 17 Septembre 14h, @lea.colla débarque en trio infernal avec @juliettessrd et @jpg.babyy pour un workshop @wowgarnish (also @hamilaismail will be playing with us) 👯‍♀️ Léa vient nous parler de « rituel de service et de garnishes qui apportent un petit plus à l’expérience que l’on souhaite offrir aux guests. Finalement, un moyen pour nous d’étendre encore plus loin notre créativité ! 🌺 Il existe quelques petites astuces pour créer de belles garnishes : des outils auxquels on ne pense pas forcément, des techniques inspirées de l’art mais aussi des astuces simples et efficaces pour l’améliorer. 🍊& cumin oleo At 1am with my best pijama mdr To get ready for the guest on March 8th at @dirtydickparis here’s a little impromptu recipe to match with @citadellegin and @giffard_france orange bitter 🔥 Was thinking of a short, bitter drink & spices 🤷‍♀️ 🔸Orange & cumin oleo saccharum ▪️80g orange peel ▪️70g orange peel, coarsely chopped with a little flesh (for a juicier result) ▪️80g powdered sugar ▪️1.5g cumin powder Vacuum pack, bain-marie 45min Chill 24h in the fridge Filter 👩‍🍳 Very a little amount in the cocktail 🍸 It’s sweet + + and has a strong cumin and orange flavor, splash is more than enough! Thanks @hadrien_moudoulaud and @juliettessrd for the morning help on the balance of this drink aha 🖤 And the good advices: 💡Will be an interpretation of the Lucien Gaudin cocktail usually made with gin, triple sec, red bitter liquor & dry vermouth. Seee u on March with the twist of it, “femme like u” cocktail 🔥 About garnish, first picture 📸 A slice of blood orange, slightly more acidic than ordinary oranges, counterbalances the bitterness of the cocktail and the intense flavor of the oleo. The slight spicy notes of the flesh support the taste of the cumin and the gin. Garnish day 🔥 This one’s my favorite I’ve seen a lot of those little chocolates with galaxy designs on Insta, so I wanted to try my own version. I put a lot of work into this one, A LOT! ✨ Basically, when I dive into creative projects, I can lock myself in for hours without noticing time passing. Big passion 🌺 This is a coconut glaze, but honestly, it could work with anything. Ok, this cocktail is a nod to one of the best signature drinks I’ve ever tasted: “Holy G” by @romainab X @adriencachot – part of the chefs’ menu at @lesyndicat They created a banger based on roasted coconut water, rum, sugar, and a little garnish.
