Garnish day 🔥 This one’s my favorite

I’ve seen a lot of those little chocolates with galaxy designs on Insta, so I wanted to try my own version. I put a lot of work into this one, A LOT! ✨

Basically, when I dive into creative projects, I can lock myself in for hours without noticing time passing. Big passion 🌺

This is a coconut glaze, but honestly, it could work with anything. Don’t hesitate to make it nice and sweet, and give a little flick of the wrist for the color 🎨

Shortbread base, lemon zest to pair with the cocktail from the previous post!

DM for details, email in bio ♥️

Ok, this cocktail is a nod to one of the best signature drinks I’ve ever tasted: “Holy G” by @romainab X @adriencachot – part of the chefs’ menu at @lesyndicat

They created a banger based on roasted coconut water, rum, sugar, and a little garnish.

So I kept thinking about it (mouth-watering), and I created this garnish: shortbread, coconut glaze, and creative designs ✨

Next week I will be sharing this garnish’s details ♥️
