9.10.22: that was my first time doing yoga on my own. one year later, I’m so proud of that man for showing up on the mat and committing to doing for himself nearly everyday since then.

you all hear me talking about yoga day in and day out, and i invite you because i want everybody to feel as good as i’ve felt. come join me sometime.

✨ Farewell 2022. ✨

This was a year of transition for me.

I returned to a great love of my life—travel. And found a heart along the way.

I built on my foundation of family. And grew space to share with lifelong friends.

I centered my health. And grounded myself.

I cried, mostly happy tears, though some were shed in loss. And cast a smile of unbound optimism to an uncertain future.

not just another year behind us—2021 was a brutal foe. but through it, i managed to protect my peace and shine my smile onto others. i brought in the new year with a few of my favorite people on this planet, and even though optimism about the year is difficult to have, “i belong to the optimists” — bring it on, 2022.
