Want a more reliable putting stroke? Start with your setup. ⛳️

Just look at @alfie._pugh ‘s progress.

By standing taller, setting the shoulders back, and positioning the hands slightly higher, he creates more space for a stable stroke.

The takeaway: Improve your posture, improve your stroke, and give yourself a better chance to hole more putts.

Different Sand, Different Styles 🏖️

☁️ Soft & fluffy sand
More bounce. More down.
The bounce helps resist the sand and bring the club back out.

💦 Firm, shallow or wet sand
Less bounce. Cleaner strike.
Think clip rather than splash.

Read the sand. Adapt the technique.

🏆 Huge congratulations to @ryanfoxgolfer on becoming Champion Golfer of the Year.

We had Ryan in the bay last year using @gears.sports and his movement patterns were incredibly unique. But last week showed that great golf is about much more than mechanics.

His composure and ability to stay neutral under pressure; especially on the 15th and 17th tee shots @royalbirkdale was outstanding.

Technique gives you the tools. Mindset wins championships.

Matt Fitzpatrick doesn’t just change clubs… he changes how he uses the ground 👣⛳️

At the @genesis_scottish_open you could clearly see how his footwork/ground force adapted throughout the bag.

Understanding these forces is a huge part of improving performance. Using @gears.sports 3D and @scienceandmotionsports Balance Lab at the @archerfieldlinks Performance Centre, we can measure exactly what’s happening and build more efficient movement patterns.
