I learned this word recently - Matresence - and I can’t shake it because it’s so perfect for the reality of motherhood.

Nothing actually prepares you for it, all you can do is surrender to it - so you can experience the joys on the other side of the change.

You don’t lose yourself. You find yourself if you allow this new life to show you who you are and who you can become.

My Naomi fills my heart in ways I can’t even put into words, but when I think of her, I’m actually thinking of me and the impact that my wholeness {or lack thereof} has on the human she is learning to be. So I must go into this world fully, taking it all in, so I can pour that back into her.

So cheers to the mothers doing all the things! May you also remember, take care of yourself, the babies will thank you for it later. 🥰❤️ by @leadwelllinds

When I think of 2025, Im filled with joy when I think on the memories + pride when I reflect on the accomplishments. There were just too many moments to share.

I became a mother.
I was intentional about my postpartum period and keeping balance and joy in daily things.
I grew as a wife.
I evolved as me.
I started a new career.
I tried new hobbies.
I showed up.
I didn’t quit.
I made dreams a reality.
I loved freely.

2025 truly owes me nothing. 2026, I’m ready!! ✨👏🏽
