The Mighty Midwest showed up❤️🔺

One of my favorite parts of Regional Conference was sharing the experience with my Sands, Jennifer, reconnecting with my Epsilon Omicron @dst_eo1965 sorors, and celebrating alongside prophytes whose legacy continues to inspire ours. And I even got to celebrate my new alumnae chapter @cmacdeltas taking home FOUR AWARDS! 👏🏽🎉

The Mighty Midwest celebrates 100 years of service and I’m proud to come from a legacy of leadership. EO’s legacy speaks for itself:
✨ 4 Regional Representatives
✨ 2 Regional Directors
✨ 2 National Executive Board Members
✨ AND A NATIONAL PRESIDENT!

Twenty-two years later, I’m still grateful for this sisterhood, this legacy, and the privilege of serving with women who continue to make their mark on the region and the world!

I don’t have a magazine… yet.
But what I do have is 22 phenomenal episodes and 23 incredible guests who helped bring Season One of The Black Woman in the Corner Office to life. ✨
These women trusted me with their stories—stories of leadership, reinvention, courage, faith, growth, and what it really takes to ascend into rooms where we’re often “the only.” Each episode was a reminder that our journeys matter and that representation isn’t optional—it’s essential.
As we close Season One, I’m also looking ahead.
🎙 Season Two kicks off with a LIVE podcast recording, featuring three phenomenal panelists and an in-room and virtual audience ready for real conversation, real insight, and real connection.
This is more than a podcast.
It’s a platform.
It’s a community.
And this is only the beginning.
To my Season One guests—thank you for making my dream a reality. And to everyone watching this space… join us as we turn the page to the next chapter. Tickets on sale until December 26th #drebonystone #thepowerofthepause #blackwomenlead #blackwomaninthecorneroffice #podcast #podcastforblackwomen #podcastforwomen #blackwomenlead

As a coach, I get many questions about mentorship.

Do I need a mentor❓
How do I find a mentor❓
What if the mentor I was assigned isnt for me❓
What do I get from mentorship❓
Am I ready for a mentor❓

Well…I explore these questions and more when I sit down with two of my mentees - Tish Marie and Lindsay Nicole to have a discussion about mentorship on the upcoming episode of The Black Woman in the Corner Office podcast. Check out this short clip New episode drops Tuesday.
