On the days I’m happy 😊, I come here
On the days I’m not okay 😔, I still come here

They don’t ask questions
They don’t judge
They don’t walk away

I water them 💧
and somehow, they heal parts of me too 🌿

Just soil, silence & slow healing 🤍

We all started with a money plant. 🌿

The plant we were told could grow anywhere.
The plant we brought home, placed in a corner, watered whenever we remembered… and somehow expected it to thrive. 😂

But over time, I realised — easy to grow doesn’t mean it grows without care.

A little good light, consistent watering, occasional feeding and pruning can make such a difference. And honestly, watching those long vines and new leaves appear is the best part. 🥹🌱

It may be one of the most common plants, but with the right care, it can still become one of your favourites. ❤️

Apparently, even the “easy” plants have their limits. 🥲🌿

I let the soil dry out a little too much, and my Foxtail Fern decided to show me exactly how unhappy it was. 😅

A little trimming, some attention, and we’re back on track. ✂️🌱

Honestly, this is why I love Foxtail Ferns - beautiful, easy-going, and such a lovely addition to a balcony, especially in a hanging pot.

Just remember: easy-care doesn’t mean no-care. 🤍

The hardest part of plant parenting? ✂️

Trimming a plant that’s already looking full, healthy and beautiful. 😭

But sometimes, you have to cut back the growth you love to encourage new shoots, more branching and a fuller, more balanced plant. 🌱

So if your Syngonium is getting leggy, overcrowded or simply needs a little shaping, don’t be afraid of the scissors.

A good trim isn’t ruining the plant - it’s making room for its next phase of growth. 🌿

And yes… watching perfectly healthy leaves go into the cutting pile still hurts. 🥲

Save this for the next time you’re too scared to prune.

Who said you need flowers to add colour to your balcony? 🌈🌿

My Croton has been doing all the talking lately and the secret isn’t complicated. ☀️
Give it plenty of bright light + a few hours of gentle direct sun, prune the growing tips if you want a bushier plant, and keep watering & feeding consistent.
Once it finds its happy spot, those leaves can put on quite a show. 😍
