I’m 4️⃣5️⃣, this is the shit I wish I knew 10 years sooner

* Setting boundaries and putting myself first
* Asking for help instead of white-knuckling everything myself
* Scheduling my life in advance instead of showing up and hoping I’d figure it out
* Taking my mental health seriously
* Actually listening to what my body was telling me instead of pushing through it
* Knowing that happiness doesn’t come from some “thing”, is comes from within
* Get out of the unfulfilling work, you’re going to be just fine.
* Sitting in silence will give me all of the answers that I need by @leahbhealthy
