Just a little Christmas foreshadowing...Not sure this is a foreshadowing we want to afford every year. Should we keep this trend going next Christmas? #christmas #foreshadowing #uggs #uggboots #chestnutuggs #preset #trick #funny #joke #daughter #happyholidays #merrychristmas #nextyear by @leahsowders

Someone’s Christmas 🎄 list looked a little different this year. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Still some traditions do not change. 🎁 #christmas #traditional #uggs #jellycat #christmaslist by @leahsowders

17 years together today 🤍
13 years married… on the exact day it all started.

We were just 16 & 17 when you asked me to be your girlfriend, and somehow here we are, having officially been together longer than the age we were when we met.

We grew up together, built a life together, and through every season, it’s always been you.
Still my person. Still my home. Always will be. ✨

🎬 Welcome back to FAIL FRIDAY! 🤸🏼‍♀️😂 With meet season upon us, it’s time to bring back the chaos!

This week’s Fail Friday is brought to you by yours truly! 😂 Sometimes, what feels like a failure in the moment ends up becoming the most memorable part of the journey.

Most of my content features my daughter Adley and her competitive gymnastics journey. These videos aren’t just about the laughs (although there are plenty 😂). They’re also a reminder to Adley, other gymnasts, coaches, and gym parents that not every fall is a failure. Sometimes, you’re just learning!

Gymnastics is hard, and not every moment goes as planned. Learn from the lows, keep pushing forward, and never forget to have fun doing something you love! 🩷

✨ Third time’s the charm! 😂📸

Sometimes, being the photographer’s kid has its downsides… like Mom making you go LAST on team picture day, then making you redo your photos on day two, only for your hair to end up looking like Hermione Granger. 🤣

BUT… there’s a pretty sweet upside to having a photographer for a mom! When all the photography equipment comes home with you, you can make Mom redo your photoshoot whenever you want and spend as LONG as you want creating your perfect scene. 📸✨ No time limits, no rushing!

Here’s a little SNEAK PEEK of Adley’s gymnastics photoshoot for the upcoming season, and let me tell you… this girl understood the assignment! 🤸🏼‍♀️🔥💖

Happy National Coaches Day! 🩷🧡🤸🏼‍♀️

A huge shoutout to all of my favorite gymnastics coaches out there! 🫶🏼 Though this year may look a little different for me, coaching alongside you guys has always held such a huge place in my heart.

My love for gymnastics, for these athletes, and for watching KPG be the place where Adley gets to learn, grow, challenge herself, and chase her dreams will always be one of my favorite things. 🥹🩷

Thank you to the coaches who pour their time, energy, patience, and heart into these kids. You make a bigger impact than you probably realize! 💕✨

Happy National Coaches Day to all the amazing coaches who make gymnastics what it is! 🤸🏼‍♀️🩷🧡

It’s officially MEET MONTH! 🤸🏼‍♀️✨ The countdown is officially ON to the first meet of the season! ⏰

And because apparently we like to keep things interesting… only my kid would decide with her coach EXACTLY ONE MONTH before the first meet to completely change her floor music AND make an entirely new floor routine. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

So here we are, starting from scratch and trusting the process! I absolutely cannot WAIT to see this routine come together and watch her throw it out there in full force in just a few weeks. 🥹🔥

New season. New routine. Same Adley energy. 💖✨ Let’s goooo!

Strong, fearless, and just getting started. 💫

Happy National Gymnastics Day to the sport that has shaped so much of who you are, Adley. From tiny beginnings to big goals, every early morning, every hard practice, every fall and comeback—you keep showing up and pushing for more.

You don’t chase easy… you chase growth, challenge, and becoming better every single day. And that’s what makes me the proudest. Watching you chase your dreams (your way) is everything. 🤍
