Stones, breath and fire..
Here is the story👇🏽
A few months ago , around June I lost a bit of my fire for being an instructor , or a director of a Center , even if I love my work , the place and the Wim Hof Method and its family.
It felt something was missing , energy very low and somehow I wasn’t feeling like a man i was .
I needed to change something , after a few days off and low energy i had the idea to do something completely different and more concrete ( no pun intended ), building something with my arms . So I apply to be construction worker near the Center France.
At the same time I remembered one of my other goal that I left on the side : since I never thought living until 40 let’s celebrate this by being at the peak of my physical body.

So I start training lifting rocks, swinging a mace .. then Kettlebell and my mum offer me a 40kgs one for my birthday( forty for 40😆)
I also deleted this instagram, to be sure I wasn’t becoming dependent on it or doing what I do for the wrong reasons ..
I also got back to my WHM discipline, breathing mindset , stretching ( this is for another post 🤸)
I started to feel good again , i did a workshop and the people were so helpful remembering me why i do this ( spreading the WHM) Convincing me to keep my insta 💎If you guys reading this post thank you 🙏
After 2 months of intensive training , time to go to Spain for the Wim Hof academy .
As a manifestation I came before to setting things up in this new Center . “ Léandre you want to lift stones here it is “ so with a group we created this natural pool , Stones by stones ..
And many more things that I will let you discover.
What a blessing to train again and create with Wim, friends and family. Breathing ,and lifting stones , with a purpose .
Getting back to this sense of community
Narrowing the gap between spiritual and physical things.
Grounded but inspired ,
More motivated than ever

19h43⏱️ Kilimandjaro climb to the very top🗻‼️
No sleep , close to no food , in short and barechested most of the way( i will explain later why)
No acclimatation
Using only the Wim Hof Breathing ( all the way )..

But what carried most is definitly your support, it did prévent me to think about quiting..

Hardest challenge of my life by far but so worthy
Just came back to the hôtel ,

Thanks to my guides Samson Daniel and Emmanuel, they are the real heroes

Did forgot that we had to go down ( and it was as hard as the ascent😃

Been waiting for 3 years for this.. too many émotions i was crying from when i saw the top to most of the way down
➡️so the pics are not the best🤭❤️

And sorry for my writing but im exhausted but my heart is full❤️ and my spirit high⭐️

2 years anniversary of the Wim Hof Method Center France!

I could have choose a picture of this beautiful magical house nested in the middle of Nature , built in 1842 on her own source of water ( that is why we have these majestic trees in the middle of the meadow)

But I chose to put people first, cause what raise the more the energy of this Center is beings : our team , instructors , participants, Wim, Enahm , Labrick .. All a big family
When we have events even the plants on the breathing room get greener ( oui oui )

I put on this post if you slide some of my. best moments, but there is so many .. my life here is a highlight, dreams surpassed by reality..

From Wim’s first visit , to his son playing hangdrum to Christmas with my friend instructor Dom horstancing in the snow ( low on thighs 😆🖼️) even a scientific study …

Coincidentally 2 days ago we release a video on our new YouTube Channel , where Stacha and narrate the history of the Center ( will be out sooon in English) with a lot of emotion
Cause it is more than a house story, it’s place carrying an human story

This place is growing at the same pace than our community and it’s seem than my heart too is.
Cause we receive so much love that it need space

I never really had personal wishes ( good one )
Now if I had one will be to see a picture of myself still here in 20years

This histoire was meant to be and it is only it’s beginning

Certification Instructeur 2026 🩵
Devenir instructeur de la méthode Wim Hof, c’est acquérir des connaissances, Mais C’est aussi une expérience humaine, une rencontre avec soi-même et avec les autres. ❤️

Au-delà d’une certification, c’est une véritable évolution.

17 personnes, 17 pays, des cultures et des langues différentes, réunies autour d’une même mission : transmettre une méthode qui peut changer des vies.

Une méthode qui nous rappelle que notre corps et notre esprit possèdent des capacités extraordinaires, que nos modes de vie modernes ont tendance à nous faire oublier.

Il ne s’agit pas d’acquérir de nouveaux pouvoirs, mais de redécouvrir et de réactiver ce qui est déjà en nous.

Merci à @leandreiceboy, @respiraconsandra de nous avoir formé.
Merci pour cette expérience profondément humaine, pour les connaissances, les rires, les émotions et tout cet amour partagé.

Nous sommes arrivés de différents endroits du monde, et nous repartons unis par une même mission. 🌍

This summer, @leandreiceboy came to Latvia for a WHM workshop. He liked it here — the place, the people, the rhythm.

Now he’s coming back. This time for a real Latvian winter. ❄️

22–24 January in Rencēnmuiža. Usually one of the harshest times of the year.

Three days together — with practice, cold, warmth and time for yourself.

The weekend format gives you a chance to step out of the rush and stress of everyday life for a few days. There’s no need to hurry. Time to explore WHM at a slower pace, repeat the practices and become more aware of your body — what it can do when you give it space and attention.

Together with Leandre — an Advanced WHM Instructor and Director of a WHM Centre in France — and me.

Different role. Same passion.
Here is the story👇🏽

Last April, about 200 people came together in Sweden for the 2nd edition of Wim Hof winter expedition.

My role has changed..
Actually it has changed a lot over time.

I started as participant, many times

Then helping with whatever I could behind the scenes. Preparing things, helping with meals, watering Wim’s banana trees😅… small things, but with full passion and lot of gratitude.
Then becoming instructor , assisting more experienced ones and learning from the field

Now I’m there as coordinator, helping instructors and organizing things behind the scene and at time on the battlefield yelling at the frozen lake.
It’s a like a battlefield but with only love , where people drop their weapons , opening hearts and arms. Where we hug instead of fight . Where we shout and yell out of pure joy and liberation.
Freedooooom✊🏽 Bravehearts🫶🏼

Different role. Same feeling.

One of the things that inspires me the most is seeing that Wim still has this same passion too.
« we have fun but we get things done »
He always reminds me when I try to keep him on time💎

Watching him stand for hours in the cold, playing the djembe on a frozen lake to encourage people… after all these years, the energy is still there.

And somehow, after so many expeditions, it still feels new every time.

I still discover new things about the method, about people, and about myself.

Forever a student

Quoi de plus naturel que respirer ? 💨
Quoi de plus inconfortable que de s’immerger dans des bains glacés ? 🧊
Quoi de plus déstabilisant que de vivre une semaine avec des inconnus ?
Et pourtant… quoi de plus merveilleux que de les AIMER 🤍tous, profondément, pendant et bien après cette semaine?
Il est des lieux, des visages, des instants suspendus qui laissent une empreinte indélébile dans nos cœurs.
Des femmes et des hommes qui, en quelques jours, deviennent des âmes affectueuses, attachantes, remplies d’amour et qui laissent parler leur cœur.❤️
Des éclats de rire, des silences bruyants, des discussions sincères, des regards qui comprennent, des câlins qui réchauffent malgré le froid, des sensations intenses, des émotions partagées.
Cette semaine d’IMMERSION au @wimhofcenterfrance restera gravée dans mon ♥️
Menée en profondeur vers un état de conscience élargie, par la puissance du souffle et la traversée des bains glacés, j’ai rencontré mes limites, apprivoisé l’inconfort, et découvert au cœur du froid, une chaleur intérieure incroyable.

Une parenthèse hors du temps enveloppée de bienveillance, d’amour, de chaleur, d’entraide.

It's never easy with words to describe such experience. So let's share it with videos ! ✨️

I participated in the Wim Hof Method retreat @wimhofcenterfrance and I left from there with an empty mind and a heart full of love ! 🤍

I am amazed how @feedairetdeau and @leandreiceboy (and @paomoschella ) create effortlessly a safe space for everyone to open their hearts and really bloom like flowers.

The center is a wonderful place to truly reconnect with yourself, with others, and with nature. It feels good to slow down the pace of daily life and breathe fully into life ! 🌿

I left inspired, lighter, more confident, with a clear mind and a complete trust in myself and the mission I am sharing. Moreover every wim hof retreat is a time for me to reconnect with my inner child. I truly felt like a kid in a candy shop and wanted to jump in every challenge with all my heart ! And this... felt GOOD ! 🔥❄️

So once again thank you from the bottom of my heart !
I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a reset and wants to reconnect with themselves.

Was LaBrick meant to be..?
Here is the full story ( the short version in the slides ;) )

I literally started my journey with the Wim Hof Method from nothing.
One-bedroom student flat. Training in the backyard. Sometimes even workshops and participants in the backyard.
No excuse.
Then, by meeting people, I started to move out.
To the country side with a friend.
Doing workshops on the living room

Then i had to move, again

I use to move a lot, really a lot…
(Back then, I moved more than 20 times. I never really had a home.)

Until I arrived in this house. In the Alpes.

That’s where I met LaBrick.

She was lying there, like a brick.🧱

The landlord , who was a participant of my workshops told me she belonged to the house and I could call her whatever I wanted.
I asked: “Can I call her LaBrick?”
And the rest is history.

We became friends.
We moved together.
From this beautiful house ( but with too many neighbors who didn’t like the humming and drumming 🤣) to the Center.

Fun fact: when we move , people were telling me that Brickette will try to her former house .
So in the first days I put 10 euros on the table , opened the door and told her where was the bus stop ( true story)

She stayed with me.

Now, when I think about it, Wim always told me: “You need a foundation.”
He always has his « Brown shadow » Zina following him for years ( you can see her on the picture of the rocks, RIP Zina forever a queen🤍)

So now, after all , I realize this house, LaBrick, all of this… was the first foundation of the Center.

With Wim and his son Enahm , this dream of a Center in France became real.
Building foundation brick by brick

I found a home and my only wish is to stay here

And keeping growing..

And it all started with a brick.
