Some will never see elephants 🐘 in their lifetime. I’m lucky enough to have seen many, However never this close.

From eating breakfast and feeding an elephant that came past our restaurant, and being road blocked and reversing whilst being threatened by one, this experience has been unique and unforgettable.

Uganda 🇺🇬, we asked and you delivered. The fact I was able to make a whole video of just elephants shows how incredible this place is 👏🏽

For years, I’ve said I am going to get in incredible shape but I’ve always made excuses and never stuck to it. This time I did and I am so proud of what I have achieved!

The opportunity arose and @paolo_palma1 offered to pay for a shoot, all I had to do was put in the graft. It was difficult, but we had a clear plan. Sacrifices were made, but the result speaks for itself.

It was an incredible journey and I look and feel unrecognisable! I never post things like this (I never really post at all 😂) but this warrants one!

''I want to reduce my body fat, increase my stamina and power output''

@leaningtowerofpeter KICKS ASS - Quite literally.

Ever since we've started working together, our goals were clear.

He wanted to improve in every single area, in order to become the best fighter he could possibly be.

When Peter told me he had been kick-boxing for less than a year and half in total... I was mind-blown.

His journey on the ring has been IMMENSE.

From joining a Kick-box gym in late 2022, to being invited on a prestigious world-wide fight night on the 17th of Feb this year.

Peter had is kick-box training well programmed, but he was lacking a nutrition & training structure that would allow him to increase all the markers to get significantly better.

Peter is all about continuous improvement.

On our first fight together, he was able to cut nearly 7 KG in 5 weeks to match his opponent.

The thing is, his opponent pulled out and he ended up fighting somebody 15KG heavier (the best in the club) lasting 4 rounds.

🔥This lit a huge fire to get better, and aim even higher.

That's when we've started prepping for this FIGHT NIGHT.

Charlie O'Neal became world champion the same night.

Several other PROs have also fought on the same ring.

Peter left everything on that ring and gave his ALL.

The referee stopped the fight at round #2, despite the disappointment of more than half the crowd.

But Peter left the ring with ZERO REGRETS.

He knew he put everything he possibly could into this prep, and that fight.

And that's all that matters in the mind of a Champion such as Pete.

Watching this man transform mentally & physically for a goal so fucking huge has been priceless to watch, as a coach.

A well deserved holiday it's on the way now.

I recognized Pete's potential straight away.

Never ONCE has he found an excuse to not follow the plan to a T.

There's a new goal on the horizon, which I can't wait to disclose.

What an athlete.

As always, #uganda has been the gift that keeps on giving. Having such a great time and met so many amazing people on my journey.

Travelling by yourself can be lonely, but it really provides an opportunity to see what you’re made of. How you handle yourself, how you communicate and interact with others. It also provides the time and space to work on yourself, not having technology/ any luxuries at my fingertips has made me realise how easy we have everything day to day, and how much I am grateful for.

I am proud of myself, as I have done all this on my own. I didn’t take any handout’s, by myself, for myself. Travelling in Africa is not easy. It took me 14 hours yesterday to get home after 5 taxis, 2 Boda’s and a bus, but my god, was it worth it 🔥
