The big 50! 🎉 A massive thank you to every single one of you that’s been a part of this journey! It’s been amazing to meet so many good people and share so many memories! We’ve ran a lot of miles together through all the seasons, here’s to many more 🩷

If Carlsberg did stag dos …
Wow, what a magical adventure!! Travelling over 1,000 miles across Ugandas diverse landscape. Made some unforgettable memories from eating breakfast metres away from a wild elephant, chimp trekking through the forest, playing a football game with the locals and visiting an orphanage for young children. To being charged at by a baboon and hippo 😅 To navigating an elephant road block during a side quest. To safaris, boat trips and seeing countless amazing animals in their natural habitats. Met some beautiful people along the way and the vibrant culture out here is unmatched. Blessed to say I’ve also made some family for life. Uganda is the pearl of Africa - Sir Winston Churchill

Throwback to last year when me and @leaningtowerofpeter did something EPIC 🏆

The dedication Peter had put into this prep was second to none.

His first structured photoshoot prep that led him to the best shape of his life.

Memories like these make me appreciate what I do so much.

When I bump into Peter I still see him in great shape — he NEVER went back to where he was.

This encompasses the essence of what we do at Elevate Fit so well, because the point was NEVER JUST A TRANSFORMATION…

It’s making sure you never, ever go back to the start. And only thriving from here.

Something that Peter has been doing so very well.

Aside from looking incredible Peter is also a humble, funny, and extremely likeable guy whom I always enjoy bumping into.

Loved every second of this prep.

There’s never a perfect time to start — you just learn to make it fit into your life with a smile 🙂 knowing that you’re working on something epic you’re going to remember forever.
