Medicine is full of people who are already building incredible careers, leading teams, starting companies, advocating for their patients, creating new opportunities, and pushing the profession forward.

So come curious. Bring the idea you’ve been sitting on or the question you haven’t had the right person to ask. Bring the part of your work you’re excited about, and the part you’re still figuring out.

Maybe it was something from a course, a podcast, a workshop, a book, or a conversation. You may not remember every detail, but you remember the idea that changed the way you approached something afterward.
