Happy Christmas! 🕯️
I wanted to share this quote from my favorite fictional book, Little Women. The first few chapters about the March family’s Christmas are my favorite… Marmee gives her girls Bibles which they read Christmas morning in the quote above (their Pilgrim’s Progress “guidebooks”), and they decide to give up their special breakfast to their less fortunate neighbors… it’s just the best most heartwarming book♥️

Currently reading A Christmas Carol with one of my classes. Feeling very pleased with our very season-appropriate reading schedule this school year… ☺️

“And it was always said of him, that he knew how to keep Christmas well, if any man alive possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us, and all of us! And so, as Tiny Tim observed, God bless Us, Every One!”
—Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol
