If you would have told me 5 years ago…

I’d be living in Dubai and sparring with my son @10thplanet.dubai

I would never have believed you

Pursue your dreams

Do what ever it takes to make them happen

You only have one life

Don’t live with regret

10K done. No shortcuts. No hype. Just bal4nce. ⚖️

RunYAS 10K ✔️
55:57 on the clock ⏱️

This is what bal4nce is built on ⚖️

Training that fits around a busy life, not one that takes it over 💯

Perfect prep for my half marathon in February 🏃‍♂️
And let’s be honest… bursitis and shin splints ain’t got nothing on me

I’m fast as f**k mate 😂

If you’re busy, juggling work, life, and everything in between and still want to feel fitter, stronger, and more capable this is exactly how I coach

If this helped or motivated you, feel free to follow along

More to come 💪
