Throwback to a week ago on the last final evening of a 14 day caravan journey with over 40 beloveds led by Mushid and Mushida of this Sufi tribe DUP, culminating in a 5 day camp with over 150others from all around the world Dancing and Singing for Universal Peace:

Arriving in Singapore to welcome Virgo season and to stay for a month, the highest record since I left in 2018, was a divine gift, a treat, an activation
Leaving Germany returning with bags full of stuff over the years of being there (even after giving so much away)

🌺2 in person circles, 1 mixed gender, 1 women's only
🌺 Circles online continue, including leading a global women's changemaker panel around owning our bodies at midlife which had such a resounding impact on ones who joined 💦🥳
🌺Eight 1-1 healing deep sensual bodywork sessions
🌺 Divine catch-ups with beautiful soul friends
Including 2 of em at my favourite nowherebaths soaking and softening
🌺 Seeing my Papa more than I have in the last years, heart aching for his dementia aging ways being challenged with health of late, cherishing the time I still get to touch him hold him whisper love to him and remind him how precious he is
🌺 Time for pleasure, for work, for rest, for grief for grace and glee

New chapter is here, making space for the new to enter
Even as my process still feels like the caterpillar is dissolving in its cocoon as the blueprint of the begins to organically take place, formless

This chapter is showing me how beautiful it is, to choose myself fully
How powerful it is to clear my field of creation

This song, these lyrics did just that, reminded me of who and what I am and what it is to woman in my own expression.

Simple joys of singing, dancing and sharing in circle - age old wisdom and medicine for millenia to come home to our bodies, regulate our nervous systems and balance/ elevate our mood. It’s too easy to underestimate these methods, that they’re too simple, that we have more important things to do, places to be.

Very grateful for the reminder and space to express and be, held by the wild and wondrous earth mama goddess that is @leeliugoddessma, whose complete embodiment of all things feminine, fearless and free gives permission to all around her to do the same.

Each time I sit in one of her women’s ceremonies it peels away another layer of shyness, grows the area of my comfort zone and softens my need for protection. How amazing it is to be able to hold all this softness and strength at once.

Als sich die Sonne über dem Wendelstein in eine glühende, orangefarbene Mondsichel verwandelte.

Mit der Zahnradbahn hinauf zu meiner ersten bewusst miterlebten Sonnenfinsternis – vorbei an der Wendelsteinhöhle mit ihren reifenden Whiskyfässern, hinauf zur Sternwarte auf 1.838 m. Freie Sicht bis zum Wilden Kaiser, das Maximum der Finsternis mit bloßem Auge sichtbar, und zum Schluss Deutschlands höchste Kirche im letzten Licht.

Ein Abend voller Ruhe und Naturschauspiel in den bayerischen Alpen.

Feeling grateful for the last days
My last bleeding moon womb
before leaving this chapter
Clearing cleansing loving space I am.

Grief and joy are both here, in fact, a blend of all other emotions carrying the depth of ocean and sky - these times are so frikkin wild no words can describe what's truly all here.

Thank the Goddess for music, for movement, for dance.
Anyone else uses dance as a resource to commune with the current of aliveness?
