🔥 Thank You, Circle. What a gathering. 🙏

Women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s joined us from different corners of the world — and for 1.5 hours over the last Virtual Campfire with Changemakers, we talked about the things we don't always get to say out loud.

We shared how some of our mothers and families never once mentioned menopause - how quiet the topic stayed in our homes growing up. We talked about feeling out of touch with our own bodies, and how easily we hand that knowledge over to medical practitioners instead of trusting what we already sense in ourselves.

In this campfire, we explored a new perspective: 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — a chance to embody and embrace our quiet courage, our knowing, our yin leadership.

Instead of a "midlife crisis", our cohost Leeliu @leeliugoddessma calls it a 𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 (love it!) - a season of getting clearer on what no longer works for us, finding new drive for the changes we've been putting off, and finally letting go of the need to prove ourselves, perform, or please.

Thank you to every woman who showed up, shared, and listened. What's said in the circle, stays in the circle - but the courage you brought stays with us.

🔥 Our next Virtual Campfire is coming soon on October 24 — stay tuned.

Shout-out to our cohosts @leeliugoddessma @kobeca @carmenbechange 💜

This song, these lyrics did just that, reminded me of who and what I am and what it is to woman in my own expression.

Simple joys of singing, dancing and sharing in circle - age old wisdom and medicine for millenia to come home to our bodies, regulate our nervous systems and balance/ elevate our mood. It’s too easy to underestimate these methods, that they’re too simple, that we have more important things to do, places to be.

Very grateful for the reminder and space to express and be, held by the wild and wondrous earth mama goddess that is @leeliugoddessma, whose complete embodiment of all things feminine, fearless and free gives permission to all around her to do the same.

Each time I sit in one of her women’s ceremonies it peels away another layer of shyness, grows the area of my comfort zone and softens my need for protection. How amazing it is to be able to hold all this softness and strength at once.

Wishing that you remember who and what you are too, your own unique expression of the pure consciousness of being x

EQUINOX. pausing at seasonal thresholds helps me remember that the cyclical way of nature outside, is not so different from the nature within. we emerge, retreat, expand, cocoon. even if sometimes a place like singapore seems to keep continuing to continue. ⁣
⁣
in this season of harvest (my favourite season of all), I'm feeling grateful for the places and people that have gifted me space and sweetness as I loosen my hands around what is leaving ♥️

✨ Virtual Campfire with Changemakers: Owning Our Bodies in Midlife 👩

Perimenopause. Menopause. Midlife. It can feel like a distant thing, something for "later." But the transition can actually begin as early as our 40s. How much do we really talk about it? 🤔

Join us for our next Virtual Campfire 🔥 — an intimate, unrecorded circle for women to talk honestly about midlife: the shifts, the silence we inherited, and what it means to keep leading and loving through it. 💛

Come no matter what age you are — share your experience, learn from each other, ask your questions. We may not have all the answers, but we can find our way through together, one question at a time. 🙌

🗓️ Sat, Sep 19 | GMT 13:00 - 14:30 👩‍🤝‍👩 Limited to 10 women only

Hosted by Carmen Chan (Girls Be Change), with co-hosts Leeliu Mak @leeliugoddessma (Spiritual Guide & Somatic Embodiment Coach) and Rebeca Cabezas @kobeca (Environmental Lawyer & Women's Rights Advocate, Peru).

Not a panel. Not a webinar. It's a circle. What's said here, stays here.

A date for your diaries. We are delighted to announce an upcoming event with a visiting practitioner from Germany on Saturday August 29th. Leeliu is a spiritual guide and somatic embodiment coach specializing in pleasure, sacred sexuality and self-love, with 18 years of experience rooting into her own feminine body.

She helps leaders, facilitators, creative women (& men) to move out of their heads and into the sacred intelligence of their Eros, womb, and body — releasing shame, reclaiming sensuality, and expanding their capacity for pleasure, visibility, and authentic self-expression.

Her practice weaves together 18 years as a somatic movement artist with training in yoga, Taoist massage, reiki, and death/birth doulaship, alongside 13 years devoted to ancestral Goddess and Earth-based wisdom — ancient in root, embodied in practice.

Over the past decade, she’s shared this work with thousands across Europe and Asia through workshops, retreats, festivals, and online programs. For further information please scan the QR code or contact Leeliu directly here.

Pernilla Kannapinn
A wild and wondrous magical evening of authentic and artful beauty, expression with Pernilla and Florian leading in circle and song. A beautiful creature of Spirit and Sweetness & Spice and everything in between, Pernilla ignited and sparked radiance, aliveness into the yurt in circle on this enchanting evening, with her stories and songs - her sincerity, honesty and presence, provided a sense of glee and safety for all, hosted and accompanied by our beloved tribe leader of South Germany, Florian sharing his songs and guidance.

Thankful for the he(art) of life, bringing us all in connection and circle together, again and again.

Patna Bihar Museum – India 2026

On our big adventure journey in india over the winter season, Leeliu and I arrived in Bihar on our way to Barabar Caves and made a trip to the Patna Museum. Rich as a state with one of the oldest and most vibrant histories in India, beckoning travellers with its history, spirituality, and natural beauty, we were delighted to explore and discover through the heritage and historical wealth of antiques, archeological objects (ie: prehistoric stone tools from the Paleolithic Old Stone Age era, ancient terracotta figurines, clay playthings etc), paintings, sculptures, terracotta images and Hindu and Buddhist artefacts there.

A beautifully designed space, with wondrous artful curation in the various different spaces.

Enjoy this beauty!

Her Majesty’s Secret Circus Show
The show is packed with excitement and entertainment, uniquely combining acrobatics, juggling, dance, music and theatre. Agents Honeymoon and Butterfly are on a crucial mission: to free the planet from the clutches of boredom. Dressed in bizarre action costumes, they shoot with a plunger bow or ride the enormous stealth bike. Incorporating all the elements of a spy film, this American troupe delivers a spy comedy of the highest calibre.

Duo Un Pie – Rosenheim Spectacle 2026

Two kindred spirits from Argentina – she an artist and dancer, he a dreamer – bring their love story to the streets. With charm, lightness and a great deal of mutual trust, they tell a story of longing and togetherness. They interweave their flawless hand-to-hand acrobatics with dance sequences, plenty of humour, poetic moments and impressive lifts.
