From our little pizza shop to the national stage! 🍕🏆 We had the honor of competing in the Real California Pizza Contest National Finals at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA at Copia) in Napa - and came home as Grand Prize winners.

We shared the kitchen with some of the most talented pizza makers in the country. Anybody’s pizza could have won. One of the best parts of the trip was getting to know the incredible people behind the pizzas. We’re proud to call them friends and excited to watch their pizza journeys!

Huge thank you to the @realcamilkfoodservice & @the_foodconnector , the judges @pizzeriadalaura @capopizza @glenncybulskiofficial , the finalists, and everyone who’s supported Left Coast Pizza along the way. We’re just getting started ❤️🍕

We did a one hour drive to hit the promised land.

We had the award winning “Valley Heat, Vine Sweet” that is a delicious, gourmet pizza with complex flavors moving around. The finely shaved parm, the gluten structure on the dough, just everything leads up to a chef’s kiss. Savory, sweet, salty, crispy foodgasm.

Also tried the all meat and the People’s Choice. Big ass slices that can take down the most hungry honey badger.

Garlic Cheesy Bread - perfect (for us). Just the right amount of oregano.

Go check them out in Dayton, Nevada.
