Zack the owner is a super chill dude- oh and he makes award winning pizza too that is 🔥 . It’s less than an hour from Lake Tahoe so I’ll definitely be making the stop again the next time I’m up there. Can’t miss.

We did a one hour drive to hit the promised land.

We had the award winning “Valley Heat, Vine Sweet” that is a delicious, gourmet pizza with complex flavors moving around. The finely shaved parm, the gluten structure on the dough, just everything leads up to a chef’s kiss. Savory, sweet, salty, crispy foodgasm.

“Valley Heat, Vine Sweet” is a Golden State-inspired pizza, house dough with a blistered crust, red sauce, mozzarella, Pepperoni, Calabrian Sausage, Pesto Strawberry & Peach infused ricotta, CA-style parm, basalmic vinegar drizzle, basil.

We also tried the all meat and the People’s Choice. Big ass slices that can take down the most hungry honey badger.

Garlic Cheesy Bread - perfect (for us). Just the right amount of oregano, loads of cheese.
