So... what do you actually do at work all day? 💭

Why tell them when you can show them?

For Family Days 2026, LEGO® colleagues in Billund invited family and friends #BehindTheBricks to explore where we work, design, create and bring LEGO play experiences to life. ✨

Turns out, a fresh pair of eyes can change your view too. 👀

Most stoops mark the start or end of a journey. This one is different: it is the destination itself.

Over the last few years, Stoop and the City has turned her NYC front steps into a cultural destination, with each new transformation attracting visitors, attention and conversation.

For her latest creation, she welcomed our LEGO® Botanicals Mushrooms onto the stoop.

What you're seeing here is a LEGO® Minifigure head moving through production.

What you're not seeing is that more than half of the materials we buy to make our LEGO bricks and elements now come from renewable and recycled sources - largely using the mass balance approach.

And if we're doing our job right, you won't notice.

Same quality.
Same safety.
Same durability.

Because the goal was never to make a different Minifigure head. It was to make the same one.

What happens after you make the cover of TIME? 🤔

Last year, 10 extraordinary girls became TIME's first-ever Girls of the Year, reimagined as LEGO® Minifigures.

So we asked them a simple question: how can we help more girls follow in their footsteps?

Their answers were clear. Girls need confidence. They need opportunities to develop their creativity and leadership skills. And they need to feel heard.

So now, with our support, the Girls of the Year are helping Girl Rising shape a special edition of its What Would You Do? card game, which helps girls practise speaking up, navigate challenges and build confidence in themselves and their ideas.

It's a small example of what can happen when girls' voices lead.

A huge thank you to the Girls of the Year for helping shape this project. We can't wait to see what you build next. 🤩 by @legocareers

Mass balance.

You've probably heard us talk about it.

Here's why it matters and how it's helping us increase the renewable and recycled materials we buy to make our LEGO® bricks.

The brief: give back to your community.

LEGO® colleagues are pretty good at getting stuck in.

In this episode, nine colleagues share their volunteering experiences, from hospitals to schools, and how they’re bringing Learning Through Play into their communities. 🤸‍♀️

What has volunteering taught you that your day job hasn’t? 💛

We’ve received our first batch of a new material that uses captured carbon as a key ingredient.

It will help make more than 90 LEGO® elements including cross axles, connectors… and Minifigure hands.

This milestone is the result of five years of partnership, testing and learning to use e-methanol for the production of plastic.

Our partners use renewable energy to combine hydrogen with carbon captured from a biogas facility to create this material.

It demonstrates the power of collaboration across industries to accelerate innovation and scale meaningful materials solutions that no single company can achieve alone.

What do you call a bunch of curious minds who walk into a conference...

No, it's not the start of a joke.

It's TechFest. 🚀

From Shanghai to Copenhagen. From Billund to London. TechFest brought together LEGO® colleagues from across Digital Technology. 🌍

Emerging tech, human-centred design, product thinking, storytelling and more. There was no shortage of ideas, conversations and moments that started with "what if...?"

Because no one builds alone. 💛 by @legocareers

They got the brief.

We asked our people to free play and design festive pieces for our gallery.

No instructions. No launch plans. Just our people showing what happens when they build whatever they want.

All are now on show in our Masterpiece Gallery in LEGO® House - the one place you will see LEGO creations that you will never find on store shelves.

We’re investing more than US$400m to expand our packing and warehousing capacity at our Monterrey factory in Mexico, creating more than 1,300 jobs there.

It means a 35% increase in our total production capacity, so we can meet demand for our LEGO® play experiences for years to come.

It’s a big milestone.
