**~ DEVOTION ~**

Last month, we gathered for a day devoted to tending our nervous systems.

A day to unwind, let go, be seen, and be held.

We laughed, we cried, we connected, and we softened.

When we make space for our hearts, we return renewed. Our families feel the difference. Our souls exhale. We remember ourselves and begin again.

Celebrating and honoring the devotion of mothers at @lei__love’s retreat.
And I have been lucky enough to personally experience Aleiela’s devotion to other mothers. Her hands and presence are so healing.
Such sacred space to be able to gather, support, and uplift one another.
This day was filled with gentle movement, nourishing food, ear seeds that quickly brought calm to the body, palo santo bundles to craft alongside sisters, spirit baby readings connecting to other realms, fascia release, embodiment, all while allowing space to reflect and simply be with nature. taken in Malibu, California by @lei__love

ONE DAY MOTHERS RETREAT

I haven’t been able to sleep as I am so excited for this day!!!!!!!

Why do we care so much about how other people live their lives??? Why do we want to label people and then keep them in that box forever?? Obviously as long as you aren’t harming another human. That’s goes without saying yet we still need to make that claim?

Let’s learn from each other and allow each other to expand, grow, and figure out the shit that makes us human.
