“The loveliest masterpiece of the heart of God is the heart of a mother.” – St. Therese of Lisieux

Celebrating and honoring the devotion of mothers at @lei__love’s retreat.
And I have been lucky enough to personally experience Aleiela’s devotion to other mothers. Her hands and presence are so healing.
Such sacred space to be able to gather, support, and uplift one another.
This day was filled with gentle movement, nourishing food, ear seeds that quickly brought calm to the body, palo santo bundles to craft alongside sisters, spirit baby readings connecting to other realms, fascia release, embodiment, all while allowing space to reflect and simply be with nature.

April…
You threw some curveballs (to put it nicely).
Posting moments of sweetness, peace, and connection. Sometimes we need to post the highlight reel to remind ourselves of how good we truly have it.

Lately I’ve been learning more about fascia work and how the body holds and releases stress.

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and connects everything in the body, and it responds to both the nervous system and physical pressure.

When gentle, sustained pressure is applied and held, the tissue gradually soften. It’s not about force - it’s about consistency and giving the body time to respond. As tension releases, circulation and mobility improve, and the nervous system shifts toward a more regulated state.

Out here, I’ve found a beautiful combination - this kind of bodywork, horses, and nature 💚. Horses are extremely sensitive to nervous system states, and nature helps the body naturally downshift and relax.
