Twenty (!) years together and 17 years married today. So much has changed, but the most important things remain the same. Love you, @kvnry. 💗 by @leighbelz

A July for the ages. @littlebodybigheart @djotime & @bonjovi in one week had me feeling like @teenvogue’s Music Blogger again. And a second round of Mincemeat and #letsgomets and viral Cantaloupe gelato at IGBC and finally (finally) the first lobster rolls of the season. 🦞🍦🎸 by @leighbelz

May and June 2026 (Q2 catchup). Birthdays and brunches and ancient baths and video shoots. (Not to mention the all the escalator rides.) Plus Knicks and World Cup and Pride. Broadway lottery coming through for Two Strangers and Death Becomes Her. 300 hours of Love Island. Costco and CT. Asbury Park in the rain. What a start to summer. 💗 by @leighbelz

March and April went way too fast. @littlebodybigheart and @metric and New Jersey and Texas and @newmuseum and the G train and baby showers and diners and book clubs and the best cheesecake of my life, @susanbolotin. 💗🛼🍳🌮🌷🚇 taken in Brooklyn, New York by @leighbelz

February… but then also January, because 2026 has been moving and I’m behind! So much snow. Many adventures with Riley. Nights out with the most creative people. A wonderful NYC visit from @karenbelz and a trip out to Milwaukee too. And also, to reiterate, snow. ❄️⛄️🧣🧤🧦💗 taken in Williamsburg by @leighbelz

Beautiful blue skies today, beautiful blue issues just arrived! 💙 So exciting to see the @atlanticrethink x @google’s new issue of Dialogues and the latest @anywaymag!

For Dialogues, I spoke to Khan Academy founder Sal Khan about the role of AI in up-leveling our educational processes. And for Anyway, I talked about magic with mentalist @itsjakeberg! (A common thread of ✨🪄✨, truly.) by @leighbelz

2025 Reading List:
We the Animals by Justin Torres and Martyr! by Kaveh Akbar were my favorites as standalone reads — but Lily King and Eve Babitz were the writers I wanted more of across the year. taken in The Strand by @leighbelz
