For @jennierubyjane PART 1. PART 1. Hangeul The costumes for this stage were inspired by Jennie’s long-held affection for Korea and the Korean language. As 〈Seoul City〉 softly resonates, Jennie appears on stage. Seoul is recalled not as a backdrop, but as the origin that shaped her. On the darkened stage, a long veil inscribed with verses from Cheonggu Yeongeon, the earliest Hangul song lyrics, is revealed. Rather than concealing, it marks a moment of confronting origin and identity. As the veil is lifted, Hangul emerges—the language that first named her. In the next stage, Hangul becomes memory, layers of time through which her voice was formed. Hangul is not a symbol or ornament, but a deeply personal strength that carries her into the world. The final song begins with a jacket engraved with over 2,000 iterations of the name “Jennie,” crafted over 200 hours. It is not decoration, but a record of time and self-definition. Having passed through every layer of the past, Jennie returns to her name, defining herself through her own language. Sharing this meaningful journey was a privilege, and today we remember the name “Jennie” with deeper meaning than ever before. #르쥬 #제니 #LEJE #JENNIE by @leje.official
Custom look for @enhypen “Eo-heung.” Inspired by the roar of a tiger, ENHYPEN’s 2025 MAMA outfits were created under the theme of the tiger — a symbol that has long represented the Korean spirit and aesthetic. Throughout Korean art and craftsmanship, traces of the tiger appear time and again, and we sought to reinterpret its beauty and significance with a contemporary perspective. We incorporated cultural-heritage–level ornaments such as a century-old tiger-claw norigae, antique silver knives, and traditional men‘s accessories to express various tiger motifs with refined detail. Dozens of bat-shaped ornaments — one of ENHYPEN’s symbolic elements — were also arranged in diverse forms, drawing from the Korean belief that bats represent good fortune and auspicious energy. The silhouette, grounded in classical tailoring, is adorned with traditional metal fittings and tiger folk-painting motifs, all meticulously handcrafted over hundreds of hours by master duseokjang artisans. The result is a work in which tradition and contemporary craftsmanship are harmoniously intertwined. We hope this creation becomes another enduring “tiger’s resonance” alongside ENHYPEN’s powerful performance. #LEJE #ENHYPEN by @leje.official
Custom look for @jennierubyjane ‘Ruby’ Album ‘Wonhwa’ is a prestigious title representing female leaders from Silla, the ancient Korean kingdom. This collection envisions Jennie as the modern embodiment of the ‘Wonhwa’, radiating both grace and resilience. The design takes inspiration from the intricate gold crown ornaments of Silla, drawing upon the mythical ‘Jujak’ (Vermilion Bird), symbolizing both ethereal beauty and unwavering strength. Over 1,000 meticulously handcrafted metal embellishments (‘Yeongrak’) are seamlessly integrated into the garment, reflecting traditional craftsmanship and capturing Jennie’s dual nature as a timeless muse—elegant and unyielding. The lower silhouette draws from the traditional Korean ‘Salchang Kojaengi’, reinterpreted with bold tailoring and avant-garde volume. Gold metal accents and curved jade-inspired details, inspired by the regal Silla crowns, elevate the design’s overall sophistication. This fusion of heritage and modernity amplifies Jennie’s bold, distinctive presence, celebrating her unique allure. We are deeply honored to contribute to Jennie’s ‘RUBY’ album. Her genuine passion and dedication to preserving and celebrating Korean culture command the highest respect and admiration. We love you, JENNIE.
