Lastly, a very Happy World Chocolate day from our Big Man himself - Ronald. He's spent more than half his life in the chocolate industry and is still learning to this day, and with the same vigour and passion 🤎

We thank everyone that's been with us, whether from the start, or from this moment on.

Thank you for the opportunity to do what we do, and let's continue to do this together 🤎 by @lemuelchocolate

🤎House 72% Dark Chocolate🤎

We have to start our Signatures series with our OG – a recipe that has never changed for the past 9 years, and what better to kickstart Lemuel's Anniversary Month than to talk about this beauty.

Our hot chocolate, to us and many others, has been dubbed one of the best in Singapore, and we achieve that through one, handcrafting our own chocolate, and two, keeping it simple. It's just good chocolate and milk – no fluff, no extra syrups, no fancy stuff.

And it's our OG for a reason – come try one of Singapore's best (if not the best) hot chocolates at Lemuel. by @lemuelchocolate

Our last partner feature, we reserved for our oldest and most prolific, our friends at @shakeshacksg that have committed to Doing Good 💚

It was a chance encounter with the Shake Shack team that led to a wonderful collaboration since they set foot in Singapore, with us customizing their Shack Blend. As a small local business, we felt proud to represent Singapore in such a way 🍫 If you've had the Shack Attack, you've definitely had Lemuel's Chocolate before!

Thank you to all our partners, and we only hope to grow as YOU grow.

Email us to be a partner on our journey 🍫

This next feature for Partners of Lemuel we hold close to our heart, being one of the businesses we've known for much longer – @plainvanillasg 🧁

Their dedication to their mainstays and classics while trying new things constantly is one of the things we love most about them, especially their commitment to quality, even since pre-COVID days 🤍

Pop by Plain Vanilla for a cup of chocolate, wherever you are 🤎 by @lemuelchocolate

Next on Partners of Lemuel, we have the iconic @odem.sg 🤎 we've been friends with chef @jerson_esc since 2021, and we appreciate how he always champions for higher quality and for Lemuel!

Try Odem's Burdock Chocolate Fondant with Doenjang Caramel and Burdock Ice Cream! It's made with our 72% Ghana Dark Chocolate, providing a rich background for the earthy flavours of Doenjang and Burdock 🍫 by @lemuelchocolate

Back on our Partners of Lemuel series, we're highlighting one of our longest partners @kurasusg ☕️

What we love about Kurasu is that we explore Single-Origins that complement their seasonal offerings, truly highlighting the best of each season and harvest, staying true to their ethos.

This quarter, we're offering a 70% single origin from Nicaragua, exclusively at Kurasu. Here's to better coffee and better chocolate 🍫 by @lemuelchocolate

🎉PARTNERS OF LEMUEL 🎉

To celebrate our 9th Anniversary, we've chosen some of our beloved local partners that have transformed our handcrafted chocolates into more delicious and innovative menu items all around Singapore 🍫

We recently had the honour of partnering with @1872clippertea on a curated tea pairing session "From Vine to Leaf". It was an elegant celebration of their dedication to Sri Lankan teas and how they can transform given the right partners.

It was a delightful experience to taste the different pairings, and introduce a myriad of ways to enjoy the humble black tea everyone knows and loves 🫖

Here's to heritage, care and transparency in sourcing & ingredients. by @lemuelchocolate

Hot 72% House Dark Chocolate, Silky Oat Milk, Australian Wildflower Honey Whip and a house-baked Graham Cracker Cookie, she's RICH and she's LUSCIOUS 🍪 this is almost too sinful for breakfast, but we'd definitely want to start every morning with this.
