I see so many coaches preaching theories, methods, etc. But one thing that I don’t see many mention is the trust you have to have with your athletes. Being a coach is so much more than just reading reps and leaving. You develop an ability to read your athlete. Assist when they have a bad day. Allowing them to trust you in and out of the gym. Something I’ve developed is my ability to read body language, empathize and understand what fuels my athletes fire. The mind of an athlete is SO powerful. Those are the underlying things that make a coach a coach. Also I’m Most likely telling @mathiasboxer that looking in the mirror is not a warm up. Training with ✨intent✨ can easily be overlooked and slept on when we go about our training habitually. Intent helps create the progressions we are constantly in chase of regardless of the end goal. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, performance, oly lifting or whateva. Intent is 🥇 taken in Los Angeles, California by @lenaa_benaa

Some snippets from this past year! Hard to put into words how lucky I am to have watched these athletes grow over 4 years into who they are today
They’ve shaped/taught me just as much as I’ve coached them more than they’ll ever fully know. Through tears, laughs, and all the little superstitions, they’ve lifted me up in ways Ive never expected.
Not a day do I regret the extra hours or late nights.
Thank you to every athlete who’s been here and believed in the process from the start or just getting started, all of you are just scratching the surface🤍 by @lenaa_benaa
