Ich bin so wütend auf meine Regierung wegen ihrer Komplizenschaft in diesem Horrorfilm. Die Bilder die uns jetzt seit fast zwei Jahren erreichen sind herzzerreißend.

Ich versteh nicht wie ein Genozid durch einen weiteren zu rechtfertigen wäre?

Was meine Großeltern und ihre Generation getan oder erlebt haben hat mich zu der Person gemacht, die ich heute bin. Ich habe in fast jedem Schulfach über das Dritte Reich gelernt. So sehr, dass ich bis ich 16 war nicht einmal wusste, dass es auch Bücher gibt, die nicht von Judenverfolgung oder den tragischen Geschichten aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg handeln.

Und jetzt gucken wir mit an, wie Menschen, deren Vorfahren dieses Leid erfahren haben, genau das Gleiche anderen antun? Und die Menschen in unserem Land die die Macht haben, stehen daneben und verdienen daran oder unterstützen das?

Das ergibt keinen Sinn, das ist einfach nur Geisteskrank!

Wie kann man Zivilisten die sich nicht wehren können auf einem kleinen Stück Land einsperren und langsam verhungern lassen? Wie kann man das Krieg nennen? Auf Leute schießen die nach Nahrung suchen, das ist krank!

Konvois mit Nahrungsmitteln verschimmeln an der Ägyptischen Grenze, während auf der anderen Seite Menschen verhungern.

Yesterday we gathered for a pre-screening of ‚Leviathan‘ by @alexander_beiner
Afterwards starting to create what it means to have a shared community, shared humanity. Listening to each other. To breath, to dance, to hold each others hands.
For a more integrated, embodied and trustful future.
Which is only possible with inner work. Shadow work. Without spiritual bypassing.

Between June 13th and June 26th, screenings will be held in cities all over the world, organised by diverse groups, organisations and private circles. The events are non-profit and aim to bring people together to move into new territory by creating real connections and sparking authentic conversations around important topics of today. Through embodied storytelling, myth, and cultural analysis, it guides us into the shadow of modern life to uncover the sacred potential waiting on the other side. It invites us to reclaim meaning, reconnect with our inner and collective wisdom, and build new narratives that can guide us toward regeneration—personally and collectively. 
The film is a story as much as it is educational. The trailer is dark and alluring, not shying away from the realities of the crises we’re facing. From there, it moves into solutions—both psychospiritual and practical—but perhaps not in the way one might anticipate. It’s a journey through the shadow toward the sacred. 
Starring some of the brightest and most heterodox thinkers in their fields, Leviathan investigates why trust in our institutions is declining so rapidly, what social media is really doing to our hearts and minds, and how we can move into a new economic paradigm that chooses life over blind extraction.

“The yoga mat is a wonderful place to concentrate on yourself and your own body. A place in the room that requires nothing but yourself and the helpful, ancient exercises of the teachers.

Practicing yoga has helped me a lot to regulate my nervous system, my mind and my breath and I can go through life with more peace and well-being. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge with other women and practicing yoga together.”

Lena teaches on Fridays at 2 pm at the community shelter Straßburger Straße in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.

What a beautiful day. Thank you @katha for having me and being my friend since 33 years. You always impress me with your ability to make spaces, food and moments special and warm-hearted. Like a campfire, where one can come to be recharged and recalibrated. Today observing your friends marriage and diving into their family’s dinner was not just yummy. It gave me strength to believe in my dreams and remember that life can be just easy and beautiful if we let it.
