3rd fittest team on earth🥉✨

Not the end result we aimed for. But when you aim high and fall short, you still land among the stars.

Thanks for a great fight all weekend team @crossfitinvictus and @prvnfitness

Still overwhelmed by the love we got during the competition.

THANK YOU for everyone watching and cheering us on, it meant everything❤️
THANK YOU to all the amazing people I met: fellow athletes, staff and spectators! You made it a special one this year🫶🏻
And a big THANK YOU to our sponsors who believed in us. This wouldn’t been possible without you guys✨

We moms are built different😤

No but for real, hats off to all you moms out there. You are killing it today.

Getting ready for APEX this weekend, and I’m excited! A little tweak in my back last week makes me a little anxious for the max deadlift part, but it will be cool to compete with lots of STRONG WOMEN from different sports.

sorry @lenarichter these grain grips are now mine 🥷

but actually, I’m stoked to announce that I’m officially a @picsil_sport.usa athlete! I have been using their grips for the past year, and I cannot believe I get to work with the best in the game. Feeling more grateful than you could ever know 🥹

My go-to grips are the Rx grips for chalky bars and the all new Grain grips (wearing in this video!) for chalkless bars!

To the aftermath🫠🫠🫠

- I did sprints and drills in pouring rain for 1 hour
- then I ran intervals for 1 hour after that in humidity from hell (read: Miami)
- I had showered my hair the night before so NO I didn’t want to do it again
- yes, a shower and a god amount of conditioner would have been better
- no, my hair is not okay now

Honestly wanted to cryyyyy because I thought would have to cut all my hair off😭😭😭 low ponytail + braid + long running in the rain = BAD!

Spent about an hour brushing my hair to get it out, but luckily we made it without any scissors ✂️

I know she won’t remember this, but in the future when she talks about how cool her mom is I hope she mentions she competed at the CrossFit Games when she was barely a year old 😎

And I also just hope she knows she’s loved and that I’ll be there for her no matter what, because that’s what really matters💞🥹
