St. Louis Fashion Week is officially back🔥🔥

After years away, STLFW returns June 8–13, bringing together designers, creatives, models, photographers, and fashion lovers from across the region for a week celebrating style, artistry, and community!

We’re especially excited to see talented designers including Brandin Vaughn, Mariella Sheree, Theresa Wangia, Mikkel Burnside, Rayven Stokes, Paul Gibson, Taylor Fulton, Jasmine Stocking, Cameo Phillips, and many more take the runway as they help write the next chapter of fashion in St. Louis.

The city is ready. The creatives are ready. Let the countdown begin.

Chef Ty-Jai Tutson is 20 years old, and he just gave St. Louis a full Kulture Shock.

Fire-kissed crab and shrimp straight off the grill. Smoky ribs carrying a honey chipotle signature sauce that’s destined for shelves. A community gathered around something real.

Sister and co-founder Aniya and partner Manny B. of @mbarts_stl holding it down like they were born to.

Because they were.

There’s a door at the bottom of a staircase in St. Charles, Missouri. Open it.

The smell of warm croissants finds you first. Then the room does the rest. Pink china, gold cutlery, warm hand towels poured just for you. A three-tier tower of sweets and savories dressed in fresh flowers. A butterfly tea that turns orchid purple the moment lemon touches it.

La Pâtisserie Paris was built by Dr. Natacha Douglas from Guadeloupe who walked away from a VP title in higher education to bring the French culture she grew up with to St. Louis. And we thank you, Dr. Douglas!

This is the kind of afternoon we live for. And we think you deserve one.

The Black creatives in the Lou are not waiting for permission. They’re building platforms. Curating rooms. Designing narratives.

From canvas to camera.
From fashion to film.
From poetry to production.

They are shaping the city’s culture in real time.

These are the visionaries turning stories into art.
The entrepreneurs turning talent into legacy.
The women and men making sure our history is documented by us — for us.

St. Louis doesn’t move without its creatives.
And the Black creatives? They are the pulse.

Follow them.
Hire them.
Collect their work.
Say their names in rooms they’re not in yet.

The culture is alive in the Lou.

Happy birthday, my love.

You make life so much more fun than it has any right to be. I’m thankful for your humor, your irreverence, and the way you refuse to take the world too seriously, while somehow still taking the people you love seriously.

Thank you for making me laugh when I need it most, for being my partner in all the chaos, and for loving me exactly as I am.

Y’all… my dearest STL friends anywhere near CWE…

If you have not yet enjoyed Shortwave Coffee, go do it now. Gorgeous new coffee shop with incredible coffee drinks. The roast is smooth as butter. Also, if you’re a pour over fan, it’s here, and it’s glorious!
(Moroccan Hot Cocoa was also amazing!)

Do not miss the pastry counter! The almond croissant is unreal. Kougin-amann-esque, with crunchy caramelized sugary bits perfectly weaved into the buttery layers. Unbelievably delicious!

So St. Louis CITY SC is officially rewriting the rules of game-day dining.

Inside Energizer Park, CITY unveiled its 2026 food partners — and this isn’t your average stadium fare. Think chef-driven menus, bold local flavors, and a full match-day experience rooted in community.

With every vendor sourced locally and more than $7M already reinvested into neighborhood restaurants, CITY continues to lead one of the most progressive food programs in North America.

From fan favorites like Balkan Treat Box to new additions including Taco Buddha and the highly requested Goshen Coffee — every bite tells a St. Louis story.

Chief Flavor Officer Gerard Craft summed it up best: this program exists to uplift small businesses and introduce fans to the incredible talent across the region. And Chief Experience Officer Matt Sebek calls it a triple win — for fans, the club, and the community.

Bottom line? Fans are arriving early. Staying late. And turning match day into a whole vibe.

The future tastes like St. Louis.

Honored to be in the room for STLFW: The Return — A Community Conversation.

Grateful for the opportunity to experience this powerful gathering hosted by St. Louis Fashion Week alongside Saint Louis Fashion Fund and Stars Design Group — a beautiful moment centered on vision, opportunity, and what’s next for fashion in our city.

The energy was inspiring, the conversations were meaningful, and the anticipation for STLFW’s official return is REAL. St. Louis creativity is rising, and it feels special to witness this next chapter unfolding in real time.

Here’s to community, culture, and continuing to build spaces where local talent can shine.

Stella at the Des Lee Fine Arts Festival last night, singing with the Honor Choir. She was chosen to represent her school. The choir was incredible!! The director (Dr. James Henry) managed to get such a rich, cohesive voice from a large group in ONE day… wow. The talent was out of this world! It was an awesome experience to see Stella shine!

Her voice is so stunning. Pure and beautiful. And she’s an incredible writer! This kid wrote raps in Japanese when she was in elementary school!! She’s a FORCE!

1998.

The Clinton-era days, filled with sounds of Lauren Hill and Alanis Morissette. Taco Bell and non-stop laughter about absolutely nothing and everything.

And there was Cori. A light in my chaotic mental darkness - my spirit animal. I love her entire family like they are my own. Tony and Lori showed me what “normal” looks like, and I saw a Dad love his daughter fiercely, and a Mom who is literally Love Incarnate.

They love without judgement. Unconditionally. Whole, big, and loud. They’re one of my favorite families… because the person they created is my favorite.

In this lifetime, Cori’s friendship and love is one thing that has been constant. SO few of those things exist in this lifetime for me. I can’t articulate in the English language what she means and what she is to me in my internal world. But I want say as much as I can now - whole, big, and loud.
