This week, in one post🖤

Lento evening run, Saturday at Molinå and everything in between. Thank you to everyone who shows up, runs with us and makes every run feel special.

For a lot of us, these runs are more than just exercise. Some weeks it’s the one hour that clears your head, and sometimes it’s the reason you got out the door at all. Thank you for being that for each other.

See you next week!

We started lento because we wanted running to be more than just running.

a place to show up as you are, meet people, laugh, run and be around good people.

so when we made these, we wanted them to feel like lento too.

something you could take with you and feel a little bit closer to the community🖤

to celebrate & give back to all of you:
repost this post, like & tag two friend in the comments that you want to match socks with. We’ll draw 3 winners, each getting 2 pairs (1 ⚪️+ 1 🩷).

See you soon!

Throwback to a recent Saturday… when we turned a regular morning into a full-blown running party.

Big love to everyone who showed up and made the streets move with us once again🖤🙌
