//Reklame Aaaaand what a fantastic three day event has come to an end.💚💚💚

One of my faster races in quite some time and to have been running in Team Ingebritsen’s home city was surreal.

Not only did I get to work for their first running enterprise but to meet them and party together?! What an awesome weekend. So grateful to have been part of this team and meeting incredible people!!

THANK YOU to everyone involved but mostly to the lads for showing us mere mortals what is possible in life. 💚

There’s nothing wrong with having confidence.
There’s nothing wrong with believing in yourself, even when nobody else does.

There’s nothing wrong with being a little delusional.
Sometimes you have to believe in something before there is any proof that it will happen.

People will only see where you are today.
They won’t see the mornings you got up when you didn’t feel like it.
They won’t see the nights you questioned yourself.
They won’t see the failures, the doubts, the pain, the sacrifices.

They see the dream.
You see the work behind it.

And maybe what you see for yourself is something other people simply can’t see yet.
That’s okay.
It was never their vision to believe in.
It was yours.
Keep showing up.
Keep putting in the work when nobody is watching.
Keep going when progress feels invisible.
Keep believing when the results haven’t arrived yet.
Because consistency has a way of turning something that once looked impossible into something real.
One day, the people who didn’t understand your vision will see the result.
But by then, you won’t need their approval anymore.
You’ll know.
You’ll remember every step, every fall, every time you wanted to quit but didn’t.
So believe in yourself.
Believe a little more than feels reasonable.
Dream bigger than people expect you to.
Work when nobody is watching.
Stay consistent.
And never let someone else’s inability to see your future convince you to give up on it.

Because your vision doesn’t have to make sense to everyone.
It only has to mean something to you.
Believe.
Stay consistent.
And make it real. 🔥

Saturday well done 🤝

Mer mestring, erfaring, selvtillit, you name it!

Everyone says discipline is so important, but they never want to tell you why.
I’ll tell you why discipline is so important…
It’s the strongest form of self-love.
It means ignoring what you want right now for something better later.

#running #runningmotivation #passion #love #life
