Compost adds carbon-rich material back into the soil, supporting nutrient cycling, improving soil structure, allowing for proper drainage, and encouraging beneficial microbial activity.

The result is stronger root development and more resilient landscapes – season after season. 🌱

Your garden beds are spent, the hedges need a trim, and that pile of yard debris isn’t going anywhere on its own. 👀

Instead of sending it to the landfill, bring your clean yard debris to Lenz. We accept branches, leaves, grass clippings, stumps, and garden trimmings and process it into premium Lenz Compost through our multi-stage composting system. Today’s yard waste becomes tomorrow’s nutrient-rich compost for local farms and gardens.

Have a bigger cleanup ahead? Call to schedule a drop box delivery to your property.

If you’ve watched the same bare patches get bigger on your hillside after every winter, now is the time to address it before another PNW rainy season hits! 🌧️

Erosion looks different from one property to the next, and so can the solution. Mulch, rock, and plant cover each play a different role in helping protect your soil.

Our latest blog breaks down what to look for, how each works, and what to consider when protecting your landscape before winter.

Call soil “dirt” around here and you might get corrected because we care a lot about soil! 😂

Our nutrient-rich Lenz Soil brings together loamy soil, Top Mix Sand, and Lenz Compost to create a balanced blend with structure, drainage, and organic matter. It’s screened for a consistent texture and works well for everything from garden beds and vegetables to establishing a new lawn.

Fall is a great time to improve the soil in your landscape and garden beds. Adding quality soil and compost now gives winter rain time to work organic matter into the ground, while mulch can help protect it until spring.

Lenz Soil is available in bulk and bags — pick up in Stanwood or call for delivery.

Gravel walkways are a practical way to create a defined path through your landscape, improve access, and manage foot traffic. 🪨

The difference between a walkway that lasts and one that ruts, sinks, or migrates into your lawn comes down to two things: a properly compacted base layer and the right finish material on top.

Lenz carries 5/8" Minus, Sand Hill 5/8" Minus, Pea Gravel, Dark 3/4" Washed Chips, and more in both bulk and bags.

Ready to get started? Use our online calculator to estimate how much material you’ll need, then give us a call to schedule delivery.

A solo dump truck carries enough material for many common landscaping projects – like refreshing a gravel driveway, filling new garden beds, adding mulch around your landscaping, or bringing in soil for a new lawn.

And because solo dump trucks are smaller and easier to maneuver, they’re a great option for residential neighborhoods and properties where space is limited.

Not sure how many yards your project needs? Use our online calculator to estimate how many yards you’ll need, then give us a call to schedule your delivery.
