This brought tears to my eyes and a lifetime of memories of my beautiful sister, Tracey. ❤️
Out of all of us siblings, me and T were the mischievous ones. From theatre school to growing up side by side, we shared a bond that could never be broken. Even now, she’s with me every day, tattooed on my arm and forever in my heart.
I think I’ve blocked out so much of the pain over the years just to survive, but her spirit has never left me. I feel her. I truly do.
The work I do speaking and raising awareness around this devastating subject is because of people like Tracey. If her story can help save just one life, then her light continues to shine through others.
The pain never leaves. You just learn how to carry it. I thank Jesus every day for giving me the strength to keep going and for helping me see beyond the hurt.

After a successful football career with clubs including Norwich City, Coventry City and Crystal Palace, Leon transitioned into professional boxing before dedicating his life to raising awareness of mental health. Having experienced depression, trauma, and suicidal thoughts, he now uses his platform to help others realise that healing is possible and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
