I turn 30 in a week, and I wanted to document possibly the biggest lifestyle change I’ve had recently! 💪🏼

After many failed attempts at getting in shape, I decided that enough was enough, and I wanted to get to my goal of being fit by 30. I reached out to @completecoachingresults @georgiesenior_coach @coachedbycallum and laid out what I wanted to achieve by my 30th. By no means, was the road smooth and if anybody who works on a cruise ship knows, getting in shape whilst surrounded by delicious, naughty food makes it so hard (IYKYK!) 🍰

Around 7kg down, and in all honesty feeling the most confident and happy about my body I’ve ever felt 🥰 It’s been a JOURNEY and one that has taken a LOT of tireless hours in the gym, but we are not stopping here! As I’m soon to be heading into my 2nd phase of the programme, I’m so excited to keep being fit not just for 30, but for the rest of my life 💪🏼⭐️

I finally did it!!! This was my goal by the END of the year… BUT I FINALLY GOT A SUB-20 MINUTE 5KM!!! 😭😭😭

What might seem like a small win to some, is a HUGE win for myself. Last year, I set the task of becoming the fittest I could become and I achieved it with the help of @georgieseniorcoach … Although due to life getting in the way whilst not being at work, my love for running really took off again, and thanks to my sister @vanessarowell90 ‘s encouragement, I went to Parkrun’s every Saturday and slowly saw my times increase and used it as a way to hold myself accountable with getting better times etc.

Since coming back to work and being in rehearsals here in Florida, I’ve used running as an outlet to let off some steam after long days and my mood/times have increased - ESPECIALLY IN THIS HUMIDITY 🙌🏼

I never thought I would ever get sub-20, so here’s to smashing many more goals and clocking up even more miles 🏃🏼‍♂️

It’s been an incredibly busy two weeks, but I’m so happy to finally share the next adventure! 5th contract with Princess, and it really feels like a bit of a homecoming, as I’m embarking on the Emerald Triple (Emerald, Ruby and Crown Princess!)! This team is already SO wonderful, and I’m so looking forward to sharing adventures with them over the next year and a half 🙌🏼 Here we go! ❤️ #jalla by @leorowell
