An afternoon where flavor, leadership, and community all met at the same table.

We had the honor of hosting Les Dames d’Escoffier, Orange County Chapter at @adyaoc inside the Anaheim Packing House for a beautifully curated 3-course experience by Chef Shachi Mehra, brought to life with vibrant ingredients from @melissasproduce.

This incredible group of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality gathered to connect, mentor, and continue the meaningful work they do to uplift Orange County’s culinary community — and we’re grateful Adya could be the setting for it.

Thank you to the Dames and to Laze Diaz for joining us and sharing in an afternoon filled with bold flavors, thoughtful conversation, and unforgettable hospitality.
