𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚-𝙖𝙨-𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 (26.6.26) brought together thirty guests for an intervention that fused art, sound, food, and social practice at @queensrollahouse

Conceived as an extension of 𝙄𝙉𝙑𝘼𝙎𝙄𝙑𝙀 𝙎𝙋𝙀𝘾𝙄𝙀𝙎, 𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚-𝙖𝙨-𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 was a collaboration between artist @bev.duckworth and Mexico City-based chef @lesliee_j where a five course tasting menu was developed in response to a living & growing installation of microgreens.

Guests harvested from the installation to complete each course, transforming the living landscape in realtime while guided by a soundscape that heightened the sensory experience.

With major support from @private_mixologist @zacalmezcal @wynwine @houseofwarisbotanicals

Breaking down my biggest takeaways from my last event.

I’m still pretty new to the chef game and am constantly learning so I thought I’d start to share my experience.

Looking forward to the next event and collaborating with more chefs/artists/restaurants!!

Some prep, plates, and highlights from our last event…

Executing a 30 person 5 course dinner in a rooftop kitchen during a heatwave is a whole lot easier when you have an amazing team to help!!

Grateful for the chance to work with these two 🙏
