Nine weeks ago, Radhika was worried about where to stand, when to move, whether she’d remember four pages of material, and what would happen if something went wrong.

If your name, face, and voice are how you intend to make money, you need to treat yourself as the talent.

That means developing your message, rehearsing out loud, getting feedback, and learning how to deliver when the room doesn’t respond the way you expected.

Yes, even when you’re naturally good at this.

Anytime I doubt myself or I think I should lower my speaker fee, my rates, not make the ask…
