Some songs don’t just have music… they have a feeling. ❤️

Damiyaan is one of those songs that touches my heart every single time I choreograph it. There’s something so beautiful, emotional and special about moving to this melody. ✨
And this Monday, we’re bringing that feeling to the studio! 🕺🏻
🎥: @karthikbn89 thank you for this!

Age 45. Passion? Still 25. 🔥❤️
Teaching this beautiful piece on Kalyani was such a special experience! ✨
From breaking down every step to watching everyone bring their own magic to the choreography… THIS is why I love what I do. 🫶🏻
25 years of dancing, learning and teaching—and I’m still as excited to walk into a studio and share my passion. 🥹❤️
Here’s a little side angle from the workshop! What do you think? 👀🔥

These two little souls have taught me so much about love, respect, and empathy — not just towards animals, but towards our fellow hoomans too. 🥹❤️🐾
Sometimes, animals teach us what it truly means to be human. They love without judgment, trust without conditions, and give us a kind of happiness that words can never explain. ❤️‍🩹
Dear Government, 🙏 please think carefully and compassionately about your decisions. These innocent souls deserve love, dignity, and a safe place in this world too. ❤️
Bubbles and Cady, thank you for coming into my life and making me a better human. You two are, and will always be, a blessing. 🧿❤️🐾

सफ़रनामा ✨

One from the drafts! This song, this voice just made us flow. @officialluckyali 🙌🙌🙌. Fun fact: This choreography was set in literally 60 mins but it never stopped us from challenging ourselves.

Sometimes, all it takes is one little soul to restore your faith in humanity. 🐾❤️
When the news makes you question where our kindness, empathy, and compassion have gone, I look at her and remember that HOPE is still alive.
India, I haven’t given up on you. 🇮🇳❤️‍🩹
Gen Z, the future is yours. Show us that kindness is still cool, compassion is still powerful, and humanity is still worth fighting for. 🙌❤️
Let’s be the generation that brings the heart back into humanity.

✨ One year since I came back from my MASHOOQA — USA 🇺🇸❤️
A place where I lived so many of my dreams, created beautiful memories, built a career, and grew into the person I am today.
Coming back to India and starting over wasn’t easy. Taking that leap of faith and choosing to build something of my own as an entrepreneur has been one of the biggest challenges — and one of the most rewarding journeys — of my life.
Building from the ground up takes courage, patience and a whole lot of faith. There were moments of uncertainty, but today, I look back with so much gratitude and pride.
I’m incredibly thankful for all the wonderful people I’ve met along the way — the ones who supported me, believed in me, opened doors, and made my transition smoother than I could have imagined.

Dance isn’t something I do.
It’s something that lives in me.
So I’ll dance… till my soul is in me.

This class was so soulful had to post the side angle😍❤️‍🩹
