Greeting from the magical ether of the Adirondacks. ✨ 🏔️ ✨ Find me this and next week upstate NY at In Living Color Tattoo in Plattsburgh with the one and only unsung tattoo legend @kristenneverettbrown She is a trail blazer for women in this industry who carved the way for us to be so comfy and absolutely slaying ❤️‍🔥 Little did I know when I started my apprenticeship in 2004 that the men who coveted the art and mechanics of tattooing to myself as a young woman were inherited from the hands and minds of some of the humblest and well known tattoo mothers out there. (Later finding out the New Orleans connection of @aartaccenttat2 Jacci influence too in my initial tattoo introduction as a young kid at 16 scrubbing tubes and making tattoo needles.)
I am honored to nested by Plattsburgh NY’s very own @kristenneverettbrown who open her shop in 1993 and had been tattooing long before then. Always pushing herself and taking on every new style that steps up the the plate always learning, laughing, and calling it like it is. She is a self made kind honest and generous rose of a human who doesn’t take shit and I strive to be like. 🌹 I am always honored to work this this tattoo legend the north country is blessed with and be able to take a minute to enjoy a joyful time hanging outside the studio.

Philly! Be sure to catch me early September in my permanent nest in the greatest city in the world @floatingworldtattoos

Tattoo transformation. Reworked garbage pals! Have work done you’re not happy with? Normally I ask people to go back to their artist for a fix but sometimes things arnt stylistically what you want. Line work tattoos that are weak confusing and empty? I’ve got you covered! It was a pleasure to fix and rework some of my favorite critters in this piece and make them bold and full of personality :) Got a stick and poke you’ve outgrown? I’ve also got your covered to design linework pieces that blend and cover. Taking appointments in October and November in Philadelphia @floatingworldtattoos email: letalougray@gmail.com for an appointment ✨🖤✨

Custom slightly matching “Jitterbug Perfume” tattoos featuring Pan on the bottle for this couples tattoo. Absolutely love this Tom Robbin’s book and creating this piece. I love doing the research when working on a piece to make it as full as possible. Still have some space open @holyghosttattoos this month and almost filled up for May in Philly. Email: letalougray@gmail.com for appointments.
