Our first-ever Let It Break retreat was nothing short of transformational. ✨

Nevis held us as we surrendered, rewilded, and reconnected; an intimate gathering rooted in presence, softness, and pure joy.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible Four Seasons Nevis @fsnevis team for hosting us with such intention and warmth.

And to our extraordinary workshop guides, @brittainynoel and @liananaima - thank you for leading us through such grounded, expansive, and soul-stirring sessions.
