Last week, we welcomed the girls from @letitbreakofficial for a morning on the court full of good energy, great people, and community.

More than tennis, it’s about bringing women together through the game. 🤍

Thank you, @letitbreakofficial, for trusting us! We loved having you!!

Something that has been consistently beautiful and rewarding this year is being a facilitator/coach for the NYC educational programming of @letitbreakofficial 🩵

This season I created a pillar of the educational program on The Body as Wisdom Keeper. Taking the women over this fall season through noticing, honoring, and returning to the body through an array of practices, group conversations, and written reflections on the spoken and unspoken agreements they’ve made with their bodies and how the body communicates through our breath, emotions, intuition, and the quiet sensations we overlook. 🙏🏽

There is beauty is slowing down, in being still, in trusting in silence, and noticing what the body most needs.

The women in @letitbreakofficial are brilliant, kind, and heart-driven. Cannot recommend the program enough if you’re seeking community in NYC or Los Angeles. 🍂

Enjoy these behind the scenes 📸 from my workshop last night in the program.

✦ SELF-EXPRESSION ✦

Day 38. ✍️

Write your most audacious dream. Give it permission to exist.

TODAY’S MOVE:
Find a quiet moment today and write about your big dream. Be specific. Be bold. Don’t edit yourself. Don’t shrink to fit the page. Write the home, the work, the relationships, the freedom, the impact, the legacy.
Because here is what I know to be true: you are the author of your story. Not circumstance. Not history. Not other people’s opinions of what’s possible for you. You hold the pen.
I know this because I wrote a challenge in a notebook two years ago. I wrote a butterfly into existence twelve years before she flew ~ Bree Butterfly Finds a Friend. 🦋
Write the vision. Make it plain. You are the author of your story — so write one worth living. 👑
The board is set. You are the queen. Pick up your pen.

✦ RITUAL ✦
Day 36. 🎉
Celebration is not a one-time event. It is a practice. And the more ground you cover, the more there is to honor.

TODAY’S MOVE:
Name three wins over the past 36 days — big, small, or quiet. Write them down. Say them out loud. Let yourself actually feel them rather than rushing past them to the next thing. Celebrate your wins!
The board is set. You are the queen. Take a bow.

✦ SELF-EXPRESSION ✦

Day 34. 🗣️

Words are not decoration. They are direction.
What you say about yourself, your life, your future — consistently, out loud, with intention — shapes what you move toward and what moves toward you. Today the challenge is simple and one of the most powerful on the board:

Open your mouth and speak life.

TODAY’S MOVE:
Say your affirmations out loud today. Not in your head. Out loud — in the mirror, in the car, walking down the street. Speak to your health, your wealth, your relationships, your purpose. Speak to the version of yourself that is still becoming.

The board is set. You are the queen. Now speak.🗣️

The Podcast: @aprilsoffice and @mrs_savannahrj co-host the podcast @everybodyscrzy, lead a 400-plus members-only community for women, @letitbreakofficial, and launched their own holding company this year, @thisissigned. But more so, they’re best friends navigating BIG success—one they didn’t see coming. In the lead-up to a new season of Everybody’s Crazy—launching August 25, wherever you get your podcasts—they swap hosting seats to share with Sali how their hit show started with a flip phone, what it really means to work with your BFF, and why their differences are actually key to their success. Listen to or watch the full episode at the link in bio.

✦ WEALTH ✦
Day 33. 💎
The queen doesn’t chase wealth. She IS wealth.
TODAY’S MOVE:
Write down exactly what you do with $10 million more. Not quickly — slowly. Feel what it’s like to have options. To give generously. To invest wisely. To build something that outlasts you. Let your body settle into abundance rather than reach for it.
I move with wealth because I am aligned with it — not chasing it.

That’s the whole lesson.

✦ WEALTH ✦

Day 28 💰

The number grew because your thinking grew. That’s how this works. You don’t get a bigger life by playing the same game. You expand your mind first — and the money follows the vision.

TODAY’S MOVE:
Fifteen million. Walk through your day knowing this abundance is yours. The queen’s wealth does not plateau — it compounds. Write the vision in present tense. Whoo-hoo!

The board is set. You are the queen. Move your $15 million — and move it with intention.

✦ LOVE ✦
Day 27 💚
You’ve been showing up. Every. Single. Day.
Today the challenge is simple — and the one many of us find hardest:
Receive.
TODAY’S MOVE:
Do something today that is purely for you. A meal you love. A walk with no destination. Flowers for your own table. A cone with rainbow jimmies. Whatever fills your cup — go get it. Without guilt. Without justification.
Wealthy people spend joyfully. Abundant people receive without apology.
You deserve good things, Queen. Today — go get one.
The board is set. You are the queen. Today you treat her well. 👑
