when @imjessicakahler injured her ankle, she had to stop taking classes for months. not only did she feel really disconnected from herself and her community, but the lack of movement really started to affect her mood.

private training completely turned that around! her trainer @sabrina_darnall designed programs entirely off her ankle so she could still move and build strength, but also care for her injury. along with physical therapy, her 1:1 sessions helped get her back into class (and the front row!), and she’s been nailing it ever since.
