I chose Simply Speyside Tours to see this amazing area of Scotland.

Calum helped me to tailor a day to my interests and took excellent care of me.

On a day starting 8:30 in the morning until 6 pm I did the following:
- Glenfarclas Distillery
- The Mash Tun, Aberlour
- The Speyside Cooperage
- GlenAllachie Distillery
- Ballindalloch Distillery

This family run restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh has one Michelin star and one green star.

I took the full tasting menu.
All dishes were meticulously prepared with high quality ingredients.

My favorites were; the Sika (Picture1), the Turbot & Manzanilla (Picture9) and Damson (Picture11).

Ürünler taze ve lezzetli. Mekan tertemiz, ferah ve şık.
Ürünleri sipariş edip kasada ödüyorsunuz ve masaya getiriyorlar.
Ancak içecekleri getirmiyorlarmış; biz bu detayı anlayamadık ve maalesef çayımız ve kahvemiz bekletildiği için soğumuştu. Bunu söylediğimde ise, gelip almalıydınız cevabıyla karşılaştım. Bu konuda daha dikkatli olmaları gerekir.
