“The pursuit of a stronger body, a fitter body, a faster body, having more defined muscles, is not at the expense of my femininity, it’s a part of it.”

My roots were planted long before me.🇲🇽🇩🇴🇺🇸

In my blood lives strength, sacrifice, passion, resilience, and the kind of love that holds generations together.

I don’t just come from strong women—I carry them with me.

Proudly Latina. Always. 🌹 taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @letty.ifbbpro

Friday, I step into the final year of my thirties… 39. 🌹

The world puts so much pressure on women to stay young, as if getting older means losing our beauty. But I want to define aging for myself—with wisdom, beauty, and strength.

I look at my physique today and feel like it reflects who I am inside. Resilient. Strong. Beautifully scarred. A woman who knows herself more, trusts herself more, and feels more comfortable being exactly who she is.

I’m proud of what I’ve built, both inside and out. And with every passing year, I appreciate that beauty goes deeper than what anyone can see.

Embrace and love your body. Appreciate what makes it yours. We can keep growing and working toward our goals while loving who we are today.

This is how I want to step into 39—confident in myself, grateful for another year, and excited to see who I continue to become. ♥️

Today I went to pick up my very first custom suit, made by our very own Maria with Goddess Glam. After ten years in this industry, it was finally my turn. 🥹🤍 Maria, you’ve cared for so many of my posing ladies since 2021, and my gratitude for this moment is above words.

In 10 days I’ll be returning back to stage after three years away due to life and it has been so emotional. The outpouring of love, belief, support, and excitement from my community has overwhelmed my heart. Thank you for pouring into me and celebrating something that means so much to me.

This show marks a new season, and getting to celebrate it on my birthday makes it even more special. I waited a long time for this moment, and I’m so deeply proud of the woman walking into it. I’ll be carrying ALL yalls love with me.✨ by @letty.ifbbpro

Be ruthless in your comeback.✨
Burn the bridge behind you and NEVER return to the life you outgrew. 🌹

There’s a quiet beauty in discipline… in the choices we make each day that slowly bring our vision to life.

I’m learning to carry my confidence with humility and appreciate the woman I’ve become through every season it took to get here.

Focused on my craft.
Rooted in my faith.
Standing tall at 4’11”, proving that strength is measured by presence, not by inches.

28yrs (2016) vs. 38yrs (now).

10 years in this sport.
From NPC BIKINI athlete (left) to IFBB FIGURE PRO (right).

Age ain’t nothing but a number, y’all. 🙃

Everything worth having in life takes hard work, patience, and GRACE. It’s not easy—but after all the sweat, tears, and hardships, to finally see what you’ve worked so hard toward come to life… that feeling makes it all worth it.

It makes me appreciate the NOW. What I’ve built, what I’ve overcome, and the woman I’ve become through it all.

Choosing to INVEST in me changed my life. And looking back at that 28-year-old woman, I’m so grateful she kept going—even when she couldn’t yet see where it would lead her.

Growth is beautiful- mentally, physically and spiritually.

Cheers to October and stepping into the last year of my thirties. 🌹

Women who empower women. 🌹

We need more women willing to pour into others with no expectation of anything in return. Women with hearts that genuinely desire to serve, encourage, and make room for others to grow. Today’s Sunday funday was brought to you by my beautiful loves..

Grateful to share this moment with women whose hearts are just as beautiful as they are. ❤️
