To the ladies who competed tonight—I am so, so proud of y’all. 🌹

We work so hard for those moments onstage, but when I think about this journey, I think about everything we shared getting there. The laughs, the tears, the days we had to push through, and the way we showed up for one another through all of it.

It’s funny how, once it’s over, even the hard days are the ones we find ourselves missing. Because somewhere along the way, we made memories and friendships that became family.

Regardless of placings /outcome tonight, I hope y’all know how much you’ve grown and how much you have to be proud of. You’re walking into your next season with a resilience you earned together, one day at a time.

My role as their coach is to help them step into the confidence they already have within. To see themselves with love, embrace their strength and femininity, and be proud of the woman they’ve worked so hard to become.

It’s so much more than posing to me. Being trusted to walk beside these beautiful women, encourage them, and watch them begin to truly believe in themselves means more than they know.

And there’s something even more beautiful about watching women build that confidence alongside one another — encouraging, supporting, learning, laughing, and growing together.

The amount of support I witnessed between the ladies at group posing today was POWERFUL—it lit my fire all over again. ❤️‍🔥

Different divisions. Different stages of their journeys. Different backgrounds, hardships, and physiques. Yet every woman supported, encouraged, and poured into the woman beside her.

Women building women. A community reminding one another that none of us has to walk this journey alone.

Three years ago, on this exact weekend, I held my very first group posing class. That weekend also marked the beginning of the separation of my business from my spouse—eventually leading to a divorce that would alter my entire life as I knew it.

What I didn’t know then was that while one chapter was ending, God was already planting the seeds for another.

Today, three years later, with the belief of my community and the women who continued to stand beside me, everything came full circle as I held the very first official Posing by Letty group posing class at @absoluterecomp. 🌹

Watching women from different divisions and journeys come together to build confidence and community was pure beauty.

A very special thank you to Aram and King for so graciously sharing your incredible talent with my class. Thank you for pouring into my vision and capturing a moment that will live with me forever. Your generosity, artistry, and presence meant more to me than I could ever express. 📸🤍

This is why I love what I do. Creating a space where women can feel their best, challenge themselves, and connect with other like-minded women will always be what drives me.

Today reminded me that sometimes what feels like the end of your life as you know it is actually the beginning of the life God is preparing for you.

It is so much more than posing.
It is so much more than a sport.
We become a FAMILY.

Thank YOU for choosing me, trusting me, believing in me, and allowing me to walk beside you.

This was more than a class. It was a full-circle moment, a reminder of how far I have come, and proof that even after your life is completely altered, you can rebuild something more beautiful than you ever imagined. 🤍🌹

There are no words big enough to describe the pride I feel watching each of you accomplish something that once felt impossible.

I’ve worn both hats in this sport for some time now—the athlete and the coach—and they’ve given me two completely different loves for bodybuilding. Being an athlete will always be part of who I am, but season after season, I fall deeper in love with being on the other side of that stage.

My mission has always been simple yet sacred: to pour into each athlete until she feels exactly what she deserves to feel on that stage—CONFIDENCE.

Watching my ladies stand tall, poised, proud, and own everything they worked for had me in tears. YOU are what brings @posingbyletty to life. Every hour in that posing room, every correction, laugh, tear, friendship, and bond created along the way—it all came to life on that stage.

And to the prep coaches who continue to trust me with your athletes season after season—thank you. Being trusted to help present the physiques you’ve worked so hard together to build is something I will never take lightly.

A posing room turned into a full conference center filled with love, support, sisterhood, and so much pride. Last night, you didn’t just compete… you made my dream come true.

Being an athlete gave me a love for this sport. Being your coach gave that love an entirely different purpose. 🌹
