Today I went to pick up my very first custom suit, made by our very own Maria with Goddess Glam. After ten years in this industry, it was finally my turn. 🥹🤍 Maria, you’ve cared for so many of my posing ladies since 2021, and my gratitude for this moment is above words.

In 10 days I’ll be returning back to stage after three years away due to life and it has been so emotional. The outpouring of love, belief, support, and excitement from my community has overwhelmed my heart. Thank you for pouring into me and celebrating something that means so much to me.

This show marks a new season, and getting to celebrate it on my birthday makes it even more special. I waited a long time for this moment, and I’m so deeply proud of the woman walking into it. I’ll be carrying ALL yalls love with me.✨

Bodybuilding is a PRIVILEGE.
It’s a privilege to wake up everyday & choose the same hard thing over and over again.
It’s a privilege to train, to eat with purpose, to follow the plan, to build a body that once only existed in our head.
Many people admire us for our willpower. Others on the contrary find it a prison. But the routine is not a prison. We can walk away, but this is the life we chose and a daily decision we freely make.

My first show in the books! 🥹🏆

(Yes, I know I did one about 10 years ago 😳, but I don’t really count that one. I honestly don’t remember much of it, and the sport is SO different now, especially with these posing routines!)

My initial goal was to compete for my 40th birthday, and I did it! One week before my birthday, to be exact. 🎂💪🏼

I also wanted to come home with some hardware, and I did that too! 🏆

Of course, it’s a competition, so I wanted to place,and I did! 4th in Masters, 7th in Novice, and 3rd in Open. Would I have liked to place higher? Like, duh! 😂 Who wouldn’t? But I’m also incredibly proud of myself for getting out there, stepping on that stage, and accomplishing the goals I had set for myself.

At first, I really just wanted to do a show so I could get into really good shape and do a cute photoshoot for my 40th birthday. But once I stepped on that stage, I caught the competition bug. 🫣 Now I want to do it again, and outdo myself, because I know I’m capable of more.

All in all, it was such an amazing experience.

By my side through it all was my loving husband, my best friend, and my second biggest fan… because Christian takes first place. 😂❤️

I don’t think Christian let his little fingers take a break from snapping pictures! 📸 I could see and hear him from the side of the stage, and he had the BIGGEST smile. He made sure to run backstage every time to tell me how good I looked and how amazing I did. 🥹

He truly is the best little man and such a huge motivation for me to continue in this sport and go even harder. ❤️

I have the best coach, Jay, who was there every step of the way. I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me chase my bodybuilding goals.

My posing coach, Letty, who is always such a positive vibe, and my gym fam who share the same passion and love for this sport, I’m so grateful for all of you. ❤️

It was an incredible experience, and I cannot wait to do it again.

But first… we work on improving. 👀

Next time I step on that stage, I’ll be bringing a better package and by then, I’ll officially be 40.

It’s crazy to even say that. But damn… I’ve never looked or felt better. 🔥

My role as their coach is to help them step into the confidence they already have within. To see themselves with love, embrace their strength and femininity, and be proud of the woman they’ve worked so hard to become.

It’s so much more than posing to me. Being trusted to walk beside these beautiful women, encourage them, and watch them begin to truly believe in themselves means more than they know.

My loves, I am so grateful to be a part of your journey. 🌹

The amount of support I witnessed between the ladies at group posing today was POWERFUL—it lit my fire all over again. ❤️‍🔥

Different divisions. Different stages of their journeys. Different backgrounds, hardships, and physiques. Yet every woman supported, encouraged, and poured into the woman beside her.

Women building women. A community reminding one another that none of us has to walk this journey alone.

Three years ago, on this exact weekend, I held my very first group posing class. That weekend also marked the beginning of the separation of my business from my spouse—eventually leading to a divorce that would alter my entire life as I knew it.

What I didn’t know then was that while one chapter was ending, God was already planting the seeds for another.

Today, three years later, with the belief of my community and the women who continued to stand beside me, everything came full circle as I held the very first official Posing by Letty group posing class at @absoluterecomp. 🌹

Watching women from different divisions and journeys come together to build confidence and community was pure beauty.

A very special thank you to Aram and King for so graciously sharing your incredible talent with my class. Thank you for pouring into my vision and capturing a moment that will live with me forever. Your generosity, artistry, and presence meant more to me than I could ever express. 📸🤍

This is why I love what I do. Creating a space where women can feel their best, challenge themselves, and connect with other like-minded women will always be what drives me.

Today reminded me that sometimes what feels like the end of your life as you know it is actually the beginning of the life God is preparing for you.

It is so much more than posing.
It is so much more than a sport.
We become a FAMILY.

Thank YOU for choosing me, trusting me, believing in me, and allowing me to walk beside you.

This was more than a class. It was a full-circle moment, a reminder of how far I have come, and proof that even after your life is completely altered, you can rebuild something more beautiful than you ever imagined. 🤍🌹
