Smooth moves, sharp tools, and a little controversy. 🔥

Putting the @LEVEL5Tools 12” & 6” knives to work, laying down that second coat like butter. 🧈

I like to finish coat my butt joints before running my flats. Some agree, some don’t… but the finish speaks for itself.

When your internal angles are ready to be coated you want it to be fast and easy, that’s when you get the @level5tools mini-shot compound tube and angle head. Just stick it in the angle and go. Once the head is pressed into the angle the gas shock presses the mud out for you, that means no struggling to push it out yourself.

Rough coating a repair after some floods. I like to lay 10”-12” of compound on each side of tape, before one final pass over top with the blade.

I am using @level5tools 24” Skimming Blade, purchased at @sherwinwilliams in Trenton, Michigan. Great store to get drywall related essentials.
