POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is a long overdue post… but back in December I had the absolute pleasure of working on Waterloo Road S18!

This experience taught me so much and I’ve since been able to put all that I learnt as an AD trainee into practice on various other projects. I obviously can’t share all the photos from the set but it was by far the biggest thing I’ve worked on so far! Thank you so much to all the crew & cast for making me feel so welcome x

Season 17 of Waterloo Road is now out, keep an eye out for Season 18 x by @lewishallprod

It’s taken me a few days to make this post, mainly because I’m still in denial this grads course is over, but what an incredible 10 weeks I’ve spent with @createstudiosdigital!

I feel as if I have learnt so much from everyone in the team and have developed some lifelong connections with a bunch of them! I was in my element making call sheets & risk assessments for this period, and I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of fellow grads to do it with. @amychecktv_film @sampopecinematography @__bengrush__ @solomoncarryl you were all fabulous and I cannot wait to see you all again soon!

This graduate course has perfectly prepared me for future work I go on to do, and hopefully I get the chance to work with Create again in future. What a dream team. Thanks a bunch x by @lewishallprod

That’s a wrap on Kahaani! 🎬

This week I’ve been 1st AD on the shoot of Kahaani, a new exciting short film from @createstudiosdigital. It’s been an absolute pleasure and this whole experience has been so unbelievably rewarding! After MANY draft schedules, MANY tight spaces, MANY turnovers, and MANY hours, I think it’s safe to say that we’ve been able to make something we’re all so proud of.

Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team on this one. I feel as if I have learnt something from everyone on set, and cannot wait to hopefully work with these people again soon! This was by far the most responsibility I’ve ever had on a production, and I feel as if it’s perfectly prepared me for future AD work on this scale.

Keep your eyes peeled for this one, it’s going to be something really special x by @lewishallprod

✨shout out to @lewishallprod✨ 1st AD on @thevelvetunderworldfilm

Lewis has a unique quality about him that balances hard work and drive while maintaining a focus on well being and prioritising positivity. We were so lucky to have you Lewis, and I hope this is the first of many future projects we get to work with you on 🤗

Lewis is thrilled to join the team for The Velvet Underworld. Since graduating from the University of Reading in 2025, he has built a diverse portfolio across short film and television, serving in roles including 1st AD and Production Management. He is excited to contribute his experience to this project and looks forward to bringing its unique vision to life.

THE VELVET UNDERWORLD is an experimental surrealist film exploring themes of human existentialism and the absurd. Andy, Lou, and Nico together for an eternity in an endless void. No walls, no end, no escape.

a dreamscape of soft unnerving darkness, they endure the purgatory of eachother's company, steadfast in boredom, everlasting in longing, with respites of revelations, while constellations reveal nothing and everything...and oh, behold the heartbreaking beauty the popcorn brings, are those stars in your eyes, or are you just happy to see me?

The DREAM AD team! I genuinely had the most amazing time as 1st AD on the set of Kahaani by @createstudiosdigital, and I couldn’t have done it without the help of @izzyaishafilm. Together we made sure that the cast were happy, that we were running on schedule and that the crew were happy too!

Also, I’ve gotta give a shout out to @kiarawakeley who has been such a phenomenal mentor to me & has helped me so much to get where I want to be. She’s just amazing!

Keep your eyes peeled for ‘Kahaani’, which is currently in post-production!

The Yellow Wallpaper, one of my projects from University, has been selected for the First-Film Filmmaker Festival 2025!

This is such an exciting achievement - it’s a project we’re all so proud of and can’t wait to see where it goes next!

Let me know if you’d like a link to watch the film! by @lewishallprod

I’m feeling incredibly fortunate to have been chosen as one of the Production Coordinator Trainees for the @createstudiosdigital trainee scheme! Last month, we had an intensive boot camp in all things production.

Now, I’m currently working on one of their short films as a Production Coordinator Trainee with filming set to take place next week! by @lewishallprod

I had an amazing time at @thebottleyardstudios recently for the All Set West Production Induction Day. I was able to meet some great people and even got a tour of the studios (which was, in fact, very cool). by @lewishallprod
