my buyer clients and I went under contract on a beautiful home in Shepherdstown, WV… and 11 days later, we’ve officially cleared inspection and appraisal contingencies and are on track to close in about 11 more days! ✨

My client was considering tearing down the mobile home before selling.

After evaluating the land, the mobile home, and the numbers, we determined demolition wasn’t necessary. We marketed strategically and found the right buyer.

14 days later… CLOSED 🎉

No repairs.

No demolition.

No months of carrying costs.

Just the right plan.

This is actually the second property I’ve helped her sell this year, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust ❤️‍🔥

32 trips around the sun and more than anything today, I’m grateful for the journey 🫶

at 22, I couldn’t imagine a life without alcohol.

never in a million years would I have let you see me dance.

I’d tell myself, “I’m the least athletic person on the planet,” while secretly wondering what I might actually be capable of.

I’d made choices I wasn’t proud of and wasn’t sure I could recover from.

I was in relationships and a work environment that made me feel restricted, not expanded.

I couldn’t tell the difference between my truth and my conditioning.

and yet, for the first time in my virgo 🫣 life, I thought... what if I’m not right about me?

instead of continuing to defend a story about myself that was largely built on conditioning, I got curious.

and at every challenge and perceived limit along the way, I’ve come back to that same question.

what if i’m not right about me?

because on the other side of that curiosity, I’ve repeatedly discovered versions of myself and depths of the human experience I didn’t think were possible.

wishing us both a year full of the growth that awaits on the other side of getting curious about you.
